I went this morning to grab breakfast. The lady that rang in my order was completely rude. Kept cutting me off acting like I was done with my order. I asked to add on something and she said no add one at the window. I won’t be coming back to this location. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time and I’ve never seen that happen.

Went there to get a coffee and walked out as soon as I walked in. The place smelled of raw sewage, made my stomach turn upside down. Then they had garbage bags of exspiered products all over the ordering counter, the floor and tables were filthy, and the booth seats dubious stains. There seemed to be only one staff member present, messing with the garbage. I suppose it exsplains why the place had zero cars there. I didn't initially think they were open cause their lights didn't seem to be on and no one was around. Honestly ive worked in my fair share of fast food places, and this had to be the most filthy, disgusting dump of a place ive ever seen. I left afraid id become super sick from eating here. I recommend the Starbucks in either the target, so you can also do some shopping, or if you just want coffee there is a drive through only Starbucks in town to. And their service is very good.

I went there the other day and there was this incredibly rude young girl working there. She has black hair I can't describe her I don't want a stereotype her but she has the goth / emo look anyways she was incredibly rude through the food at me spilled some coffee on me because she was so rough handing it to me. I want to talk to management I can't believe this experience why do people work there if they're so miserable Also, I've had other instances in which other staff were rude as well I was spending $200 a week here never again please stay away or go to Starbucks or a different location

Whoever is running the Drive through speaker needs to be re-trained. They are constantly speaking over me, having to re-do my order 3 times because they keep getting ahead of themselves. Charged me extra for whipped cream when I specifically asked for none
Stopped in for some coffee and to hang while waiting to meet up with a friend. Got kicked out after two hours according to a policy that I didn't see posted anywhere. When did it become frowned upon to hang out at a coffee place? Otherwise place and service was fine.

I stopped here on my way home from getting my daughter from school. We ordered one donut. I wasn’t given a total at the speaker, no biggie. I go to pay with change and the young man behind the register said out loud to me “wow you’re really paying with change?” I said yes. His response “well there are cars behind you, you should have had the change ready” not only was I not given a total until he opened the window they also took at least 5 minutes to come to the window with said donut. I don’t post bad reviews often, if ever but I cannot believe the way I was spoken to. I told them I will not be back to this location again.

So been goin to Timmy hos every mrnin for 3 years I get the same exact thng every mrnin LG caramel ice capp and never is it the same price Canadian thng Eh?

Ordered a #1 breakfast meal and didn't get my hashbrowns. When I asked about my hashbrowns the girl try telling they got replaced with something and wanted to charge me again for them. If she would have given me a recipe it would have shown I did not replace the hashbrowns with anything. So for $8 I got a small coffee and a sausage and egg biscuit.
