Ordered a #1 breakfast meal and didn't get my hashbrowns. When I asked about my hashbrowns the girl try telling they got replaced with something and wanted to charge me again for them. If she would have given me a recipe it would have shown I did not replace the hashbrowns with anything. So for $8 I got a small coffee and a sausage and egg biscuit.

First they gave me the wrong donut. Then the Boston cream I ordered had literally this much filling. I ate 3/4 of it before I even got a bite of custard. My bagel was not cut in half. Coffee was good.

I normally go through the drive thru and food is always cold or not made correctly. Prices are higher than any other Tim Hortons new chesterfield/new baltimore. 90% of staff are rude and have attitude in the morning!

I’m pisssseddddd I asked for a minute before ordering and she said “are you ready yet” after about 15 seconds-they shoved our bagel and two sandwiches in the smallest bag possible with one singular tiny napkin. Smh.

I have been here twice in the last week, my first order(ordered at 445am) they did not completely understand exactly what I had asked for but I made it work when I got home with my coffee order( my kids loved their donuts).
Now today this am at 7am no one in the parking lot, I placed an order for a bagel toasted with cream cheese. I received a very cold cheese bagel cut in half with way to much cream cheese spread. My bagel was not toasted at all and not even warm. Please do better for your paying customers. Especially super early in the morning and no one else in the parking lot or store to get orders for.
Other than that I have not had many issues at this location.

“can’t do add ons at the window” you literally screwed up our order and i didn’t get my food because one of YOUR employees messed up, ik dang well we said our food at the window too and the hashbrowns don’t taste very good, drinks r usually good from here tho

Unfortunately I never really have a great experience here. Today I ordered an avocado toast, a hash brown and a peppermint mocha with no cream. The avocado toast was bread with smothered in everything seasoning and barely any avocado. The hash brown I got to pull a blonde curly hair out of and my coffee was cream with all of the peppermint flavoring. This isn’t completely disappointing because they really don’t know how to not put cream in coffee I just know going in at this point they’re going to do it. I have a little bit of hope everytime I come here that the last time was just a bad day but I’m convinced it’s just incompetence and lack of care.

Tim Hortons is always a guarantee! Excellent coffee and delicious donuts. Friendly and quick service, it's an excellent solution for a coffee break. I will definitely stop by next time. The chain is very large in the northern United States and it is always easy to find their coffee, so Tim Hortons TOP! Vanilla dip is my favorite donut.
This Tim Hortons is always a great experience! Fresh coffee, delicious donuts, and the breakfast sandwiches never disappoint. The staff is friendly and quick, even during busy times. Perfect spot for a quality coffee break at a great price

some people cant even make a bagel. i find that absolutely astonishing. especially if you work at a bake shop. how to you mess up somthink so simple??? you cut it in half, slide through a toaster, neatly spread cream cheese wrap tightly and deliver!!!! i wasnt sure what to expect, it looks like an abandoned building in a horor move. people mumbling on the speaker. looks like being on drugs is the only criteria in the job application to hire someone. dont bother with your robot replies either tim , i wont be back

Just came from there, ordered a large hot chocolate and a doughnut and when I got home, took the lid off for the hot chocolate to cool and I only was given a half of a cup of hot chocolate! Never again!
