The guy at the drive thru window is so incredibly rude, if your going to work in customer service then you should probably learn to be polite and friendly and actually respond to people when they talk to you… on top of that my sausage and cheese biscuit was slapped together like a 2 year old made it … and my biscuit was hard, please do better!!!!! After reading several other reviews this Tim Hortons needs some serious help with management or something, just so disappointing.

I've gone to this Tim Hortons regularly with different levels of satisfaction. But what I experienced yesterday cemented I will never go back. First of all, one of the male cashiers on the drive thru window (who was incredibly dry and short in his conversation despite me being kind and polite) got my order wrong and added an extra shot of espresso to my coffee which made it taste horrible and overly caffeinated. He also charged me over a $1 extra for his mistake. I had to ask for the receipt to see why my iced coffee was so expensive and discovered that was why.

I was then incredibly inconvenienced because I didn't have time to wait for a refund. I had to swing back by later that day to return the coffee, and a new crew was on. I explained everything to them, and the woman at the window rudely cut us off and motioned to the manager. The male manager then came over and tried to make things right by refunding us the extra money we were charged by mistake, and by having the drink remade correctly. But after I left and drank a few sips, I looked down into the top of the cup, and floating on top of my ice was some kind of fly or gnat. It was incredibly disgusting and I was so glad I saw it before I drank the whole thing. I would've easily consumed this bug, thanks to that Tim Hortons location and that careless crew who made the drink. I was so disgusted and tired of this back and forth I did not return to the store.

It's sickening to know things are not as clean at this location as they should be, if I'm getting gnats in my drink after all the inconvenience I'd experienced that day. This location needs new management or training to ensure proper and professional customer service at all times; better conflict resolution, communication, and leadership skills; as well as cleanliness!

Two days in a row now my food has been absolutely disgusting.
So much mayonnaise on a sandwich that it was actually absurd, and I almost thought it was a joke.
Manager was extremely nice, but the people working there just do not care about anything, which I guess is typical these days.
If you’re going for just a coffee, you’re good to go, but if you buy anything other than coffee and donuts, it will be trash

Doughnuts tasted old. Ordered certain doughnuts and were given the wrong ones. Every other time I have gone there I haven't really had any issues so I will call this a one off.

I took my daughter to get a sandwich and an ice cap and they were about 10 people working behind the counter. The service was so completely slow.
The employees were yelling back-and-forth to each other about their personal problems. One of the employees was standing behind the counter, eating cookies. we got our sandwiches and they were disgusting. It was a sloppy mess.
We have been going to that location for years. I will not go back.

Ive been getting my coffee and my bagel loyally for 5 years or more here and I must say how sad I am how its fallen. The bagel is cold and hard evwn when you ask. Thats 6 plus times now. Im a sucker for hope i guess...and mt coffee i got today was burnt and old. Idk whats goin on here but im dissapointed. Everythings tastes sad and Idc ya know. Pray for the future folks🙏

Tim Hortons is historically one of the fastest coffee shops to get in and out of. This particular store is the slowest coffee store I've ever been to in my life. They have five people working a shift when there should be more like eight on a given morning. Just close the store if you're not going to properly manage it or service the customers. It does not know how to properly handle the morning rush.

Worst tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They selected the wrong item, stated they fixed it, they did not fix it! Then when it was the wrong item the would not fix it. Plus it cost more than the what I ordered.

Don’t even know where to begin… The line was long, it costs more than any other Tim Hortons in the area, the coffee was cold, the food was practically inedible, the staff was rude and incompetent, and when I spoke to the manager about this she talked over me and kept rolling her eyes! Never coming here again!

They don't open the lobby until 7am unless your the smart bus driver! Maybe you should change the hrs on the website or open at 6am like it says!

Today will be the last time I visit this location! Last week I ordered an ex-large dark roast and it was cold! Did check till I got to where I was going. Today I stopped in to get a hot tea with three sugars. No flippin sugar. The kid's they have working in there in the evening times don't care. The store is not clean at all. Y'all need to get new staff, or re-train them!
