Terrible customer service!! I tried to order a Nutella croissant minus the whipped cream through the drive through they said I couldn’t do that, it seems like they’re just in a rush to get people in and out!!

This is probably the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I asked for A French vanilla iced coffee with two cream, three sugar and it taste like milk coffee 🤮and my kids timbits were suppose to be all birthday cake and no sprinkles on them and they’re absolutely disgusting. Never again. The ladies there are rude.

I thought the stores in Warren were bad... but holy crap this food sucked. I have never had a worse Ice Capp and the ice cold bacon on my sandwich doesn't looked cooked whatsoever.. it looks like it went from freezer to my sandwich. I usually give store a couple chances but I can't come back here.. this is outrageous and dangerous.

You quit using dome lids why the flat lids are useless and spill out when it is in cupholder. There are many other Tim Hortons in my area. I will be using them if they have dome lids.

This is the most efficient Tim's I have been to, and I have been to many. They are always friendly, polite, and they always get the orders right. When I am out of town, I really miss it.
Worst Tim Horton ever! They always rush you the food is always COLD. I live close so try to give them a chance. Today my bagel I asked for double toasted how is it possible its so cold the 20 pack of Tim bits for my kids came with 14 and most were smashed. What a joke. This place is the worst!

They are rude and rush you to order, assume you’re done ordering and then when you call out them being rude to you, they get upset with you and mess up your whole order and don’t refund you or fix the issue but instead call the police. Multiple customers witnessed this and I had 6 people in my car I was trying to order for. Was told that the store owner would contact me when I called the customer service line to put in a formal complaint and never heard from him.
