This is by far the slowest place. It honestly is not worth waiting. Straight up 23 is sea burgers, just as good and you can get there eat and be home same priceMuch faster. And the server here just don't care. Even the manager stood there. 5min to take my order and 20 min. To fill it. Brings the words FAST FOOD a whole new meaning.

This is the worst, by far White Castle I've ever been to. My buddy's first visit to the chain, well, you lost him for life. Staff was brutal, slow and had to have everything explained 3 times. Simple in restaurant order took over 25 minute to get ready in a not busy restaurant, taking the FAST right the hell out of fast food. As an added bonus we were both very sick about 4 hours later. Burgers were nasty and poorly cooked. Visit was Tuesday March 12 approx 1:30pm.

This has consistently been the worst white castle location I've ever been to. Staff are rude, belligerent, unwelcoming, and slow as hell. This place routinely has an unmoving line. I've never gotten out in under 30 minutes. It would be different if the staff were apologetic about the wait and friendly, but this team has a bad attitude and very rude. Visit a different location.Edit: 1/6/23, yet again, worst service ever. Slow as hell, ten car line, staff won't start online orders until you show up, crowd in the lobby just waiting, staff will leave you standing at the counter forever unless you ask to be helped, the place is dirty, and it looks like there is no manager on staff. The only staff member with any sense of urgency and customer service looks like a 14 year old boy.
