Absolutely the best custard in the area

This place was fun, exciting and affordable. Nice comfortable kid friendly atmosphere, ice cream was delicious!

Been going to this place since I was a baby, back when Big Gary used to run things. Up until recently, things here were awesome. The past couple of years it's gone way downhill ever since under new management. The place isn't kept up, things are messy when it comes to the tables and the trash cans, and the mini golf objects are losing paint and are run down. The people who work there now tend to be unfriendly and rude, and they can't seem to get orders right whenever I came. The custard definitely isn't the same, and it seems it's been replaced with a cheaper bootleg version of soft serve so that you can save money - not to mention the fact that you also try saving money by using less of the flavoring for your flavors of the week so that you don't have to order as much for your inventory. Every time we try them it's like having vanilla/plain custard with bland flavoring. Quit being cheap, and bring back the original custard and flavors that were used. We would drive 45 mins - hr to come here, and now it's not worth it. I would rather go to dairy queen.

We keep going here because the kids enjoy the mini golf and ice cream and it’s reasonably priced. However, the mini golf course is super dilapidated, their bathrooms are extremely gross, and the amount of liter along the outskirts of the property is down right offensive.

The last few times I went there my vanilla melted very quickly and it was not hot at all. On another note this place has gone down hill. Your windows are filthy. Serving counters need to be wiped down. Tables are not wiped down, garbage cans are gross, and napkins were a long side the building blowing in wind. They were not busy at all. Needs to clean up the place.

& of course yall offer to make it cause it wasn’t a single person in line every body got there order literally secs after there order was placed& I was there before most how ironic 20 customers later I have to approach the window to ask why i haven’t received my ice cream & was told somebody must of grabbed it now saying I was skipped . Customers behind me kept asking why they taking long with mine I was lost even told them customers like naw that can’t be the case like I been here before & I should of been said something i actually was calm the whole time & I was with my daughter it was for her not me that’s why I just left . The ONLY person that Order was skipped or given out or whatever the case maybe out of 20 plus people oh ok got it but no hard feelings your probably right it’s not the type of business you run but this was my today’s experience. Although the mini golf could use a bit of TLC, it was still a pleasant addition, allowing families to enjoy their treats outdoors. The availability of such a space is appreciated, and our kids certainly didn’t mind the minor imperfections.

Overall, Words' Finest Frozen Custard is a fantastic spot for families looking to enjoy a sweet treat in a welcoming environment. We’ll definitely be returning for more custard and playtime!
