Everything I expected. Been eyeballing this gem for a while! 100% satisfied with my drink flight (coffee) hah! Ice cream flavors were delish. Our group tried ~ Strawberry Cheesecake A++ , Cookies & Cream, Grand Slam (I think) , & PB Cookie Dough. Alll AMAZING! Cannot beat their homemade waffle cones.
I will forever miss Gibbs, but Doc's is a great establishment itself. Very clean facility and nice staff. Very nice having a place to grab a cup of coffee or scoop of ice-cream in town now.

At the new opening it was very crowded which made it less inviting, however they seem to have a constant clientele and thriving business. Definitely worth a visit if your in your area.

Never know when this place is open or not. Even some of the employees don’t know . A lil sad they don’t open until 5pm on some days! I work in the morning and love their coffee.

The ice cream is amazing and there are a lot of flavor options. They make thier own waffle cones too. They also have several options as most ice cream stores do like shakes and sundaes. They have plenty outdoor seating on thier deck and porch to enjoy your ice cream.
