We've been there several times. This time the flavor was lacking. The steak was not up to participate with past visits. Mashed potatoes had no flavor. Creme brulee tasted good, but was missing the crunchy shell topping. It was like they forgot the brulee part.
Our food was amazing. We did the special menu, and it was all perfect. We also had the calamari, and it was the best we have ever had. It had fried olives? Who'd have thought they would be so incredible. Our server, Suzanne, was wonderful. She let us take our time, chatted easily with us, and was very attentive.
Chaz is the best part of the staff at copper rock. His sole goal seems to be all about the customer experience!!! Seafood tower was huge and delicious. Server assistant must have trained under Chaz, she to was about the customer experience
