Excellent quality ingredients and good people make this place great. Rosen poppyseed buns, Vienna hot dogs with the "snap", Vienna quality peppers, pickle, mustard, and celery salt. The tomatoes are local and Michigan's finest. The married flavor of the whole package makes it 1 of the 5 best Chicago hot dogs I've ever had. The fries are excellent, but could have used 20 more seconds to fit my tastes. The owner was kind and the staff clearly want to grow this place because they ask questions of the customers to develop and finalize a menu. I'm a fan and highly recommend.
