I have been coming here since it opened, never had a bad experience with service or food. I also have never been one to send food back or complain about it cause mistakes happen. But this by far has been the worst experience and food I’ve ever had. This Bison Ribeye ordered Med Rare was so over cooked and dry I couldn’t wash it down with water even. I used to love it at South Bend Kankakee. Tonight on 12/26, worst service and worst food I’ve ever gotten at a Four Winds property. Usually I don’t complain because it’s comped but I can’t even enjoy it as free.
We had an amazing dinner last night. The food is always good, but last night it was next level good.
