Worst customer service - A customer had a mobile order confirmation but couldn’t check in when she arrived. The GM told the customer the point of the mobile app was so her crew didn’t have to deal with her order. The GM also told her it wasn’t her phone so it wasn’t her problem. Writing this review purely in hopes that this horrible GM behavior is noticed.

Slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. This place took 20+ minutes to get me one sausage & egg McMuffin. Staff seemed to be overly focused on the drive thru while ignoring people in the restaurant. Will not be returning - this place significantly held us up on our road trip for one sandwich.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to the man working the drive-thru didn't even have the courtesy to turn off his microphone before talking about me and my order (which was not difficult... I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon no onion slivers) with my points he did not wait for me to finish ordering at the speaker and had to make a second order to finish getting all the food (a mcdouble meal w/a diet coke) I proceed to get my food from whom I assume was the manager, she handed me half of my first order without the drink and then let me sit there for a good 3 to 4 minutes before another employee inquired what I was still doing at the window I let him know I was waiting for the rest of my food and they had to actually go back and look because they were just too busy complaining about customers... I would not go back to this McDonald's if it was the last place on Earth to eat and I was starving to death the people who work here are the rudest most ignorant employees I have ever seen and I've been to prison so I've met a lot of ignorant people all of which have better customer service skills than this place
It's the only stand alone national fast food burger joint in New Buff. Busy. Good food and staff. Right off the I94.

Went here twice, messed up both times, had issues as well, and food wasn't ideal. Rude unhelpful manager who has employees relay messages to you bc she's too important or busy to make sure you get quality service.
