THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALD’S I’VE EVER BEEN TO. There is absolutely no customer service, the workers are so rude. The dining area inside is filthy every time I‘ve been there. When you have to clean your own table, there’s problems. Also, I got a fish filet sandwich & I received a half of a half of American Cheese. Really? I should receive a whole piece of cheese for what they charge. Really? I feel the Health Inspectors need to check this McDonald’s, it’s disgusting & I will Never go back. It’s very convenient getting off the expressway. You won’t get my business & no one else’s that I know. I’m so disappointed at McDonald’s as a whole. You should be ashamed. The people that own this franchise, obviously don’t care. Needs a lot of training for the employees & managers. Even the girl that brought our food to our table, was bitchy with an attitude & just plopped down the tray & walked away. They should be happy to have a job. So so disappointed in McDonald’s. Never go to this McDonald’s, it’s dirty, rude employees & the food sucked!!!!

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Got there at 11:52am. One car ahead in drive thru. At 12:05, we drove off. Same car still in front, never got to order. No cars waiting to pay or pickup food either. Nothing.

This location is always slammed AND they are very slow. What should have been 10 minutes at most was 30. Another couple actually walked out and left after paying before getting their order.
Do NOT eat at this place,it was the WORSE MCDONALD'S I have ever ate at. 30 minutes for the food, they didn't provide my proper order/requests, it had a leaking roof, floors all wet , definitely a hazard, no napkins and just a nasty place to eat. Ray Kroc is rolling over in his grave

This by far has been the best experience in any fast food I've had everyone was so nice food came out super quick everything tasted great and the big Mac was loaded with sauce (didn't request) but I loved it. Went up to ask for a refill expecting for them just to grab my cup and refill it but they gave me a new one! And that was amazing it made me very happy the staff working around noon to 2 deserve a raise best experience ever!

Just. Don't know why these places use a kiosk order on it but pay cashier makes no sense..Just like all other mcdonald's ..no thrills.. employees slow as usual... but food was hot.. ordered the 2 cheese burger value meal...
