Couldn't get out of your parking lot due to all the construction vehicles taking up all the parking spots parked horizontal so I had to park facing the building and got stuck where all your drive thru lanes went through. It took me literally 15 minutes to back out, ridiculous

We have been driving for 6 hours and this McDonald’s was right off the highway, when we walked in there were 2 employees bickering at each other. Me and my mother went to the bathroom where there are 3 stalls. First stall had toilet paper all over the floor and the rolls in the dispenser were wet, second stall was all out of toilet paper and disgusting, the third stall was gross but had toilet paper. We told an employee who was still bickering with her coworker and she said she would bring some. She never did… and now there was a line out the door of the ladies bathroom. We went out to leave and mentioned to the employee that there’s a line and they need toilet paper (AGAIN) and she couldn’t have cared less. She was still talking with her coworker and not really acknowledging

If anyone came In and actually tried they would take over all this McDonald's business. People only go here because it's the only fast food on this exit.

Most underwhelming McDonald’s in the world.. food is never fresh, and the wait is literally always terrible. My lunch break his 30 minutes and i literally spent 22 of it at McDonald’s drive thru EVERY TIME, it’s the only fast food in this area. On a scale of 1-10 a hard 2 is what they get

It’s a McDonalds and it’s close to the freeway, we were tired and hungry and need of a rest as were travelling interstate and farther north into Michigan. We don’t exactly come into McDonald’s with high expectations but the chicken strips and fries we ordered were fine. The service was slow as it seemed they were under staffed with just one guy serving both indoor and drive through customers at the same time. He was very apologetic though that we had to wait. Finished off with an ice cream sundae topped off with caramel which we actually took out to the car to have as it was so cold inside with their air conditioning.

Watched them prepare bag after bag and just let it sit in the back and not give anyone their food. two burgers and a milkshake does not take 40 minutes. Also overheard worker complain about not being able to just sit on his phone bc it was busy 🙄

This McDonalds has seriously hit rock bottom. The manger (I think his name is Devin) is the only reason why this place gets by. He is a great guy and this has nothing to do with him. Employees on their phones while handling food, trashes over flowing, no one caring that they are there, I waited in line for 30 minutes for a coffee and a sandwich. Someone needs to shut this place down

I’m never one to write reviews, but if the food is bad enough lmao. Wasted my 30 minute lunch to get a sandwich that looks like it was sitting out for 4 days. A chunk that looks like the chicken was already bitten. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and took a bite only to realize I can barely even bite a piece off the chicken tastes so old and dry. Not to mention my toppings on the side that I did not request on the bottom. 9/9/2025- late night last minute stop after work, disappointed again. Fish sandwich I wouldn’t even feed to my cat it’s so soggy and SOUR tasting. Paid for extra cheese, didn’t get it:) I won’t even be eating the wrap I also paid for after tasting THAT. Begging yall To close this poorly ran location and open a Taco Bell
