Went to McDonald’s for the first time in many years, this location may of been having a bad day . Was greeted with a “Go ahead “ before placing my order at the drive thru . Ordered 3 regular hamburgers and a small fry . Received 3 cheeseburgers , the buns were ROCK hard and nasty. I only ate 2 of them and half the fries . Horrible, it’ll probably be many more years before I return , if ever .

I don't generally write a review for McDs but I need to mention that the staff here was extremely hospitable. Besides placing a large order, they served us right on time and with great affection. It's conveniently located near exit 1 so if you're just entering Michigan, this place is quick to spot.

Always my favorite last minute go to for after work or just a late munchie night. Foods always fresh and hardly ever a long line when we go .
Waited in line of 30 people for 40 minutes. Prepaid on kiosk so I had to wait. 3 people serving all these folks on a holiday weekend. Poor management, poor service and terrible food. Overcooked dry hamburgers and soggy fries. Be ashamed Mickey ds.

Waited on the drive thru for 10 minutes then decided to just go in. Ordered on the app, and went to use the bathroom. No soap in either bathroom, both extremely dirty. No salt or napkins out. Kitchen, Tables, and floors filthy. 30 minute wait for 2 coffees and a medium fry. Lethargic manager sitting in the dining area next to us. Live had barely moved when we decided to just leave. Not a single car was directed to the "reserved drive thru" parking spots. Every customer visually and audibly dissatisfied.

I was charged for things I didn't ask for, manager fixed it right away. Although once the messed up my order in New Buffalo and I told the lady at the window and she said " I needed to go somewhere else and fix it" again manager fixed it

One thing you shouldn't do in the mornings, is mess up someone's coffee! Especially if they haven't had any yet. Smfh! It shouldn't be that hard to add ingredients like liquid sugar, cream and coffee to an iced coffee drink! I always end up fixing it myself - at speedway down the road. It's not my job. I don't get paid to do ur job. Please fix this! Trainer better and MOTE OFTEN. This is getting ridiculous!
