2nd day in a row! My mobile order yesterday that specified “light ice” was definitely not. So today I went in to order figuring I could remind them as they were making it that I wanted light ice (note the pic shows it specified on the order.) The barista explained that they use certain scoops for ice depending on the size of the drink and “go down one” for light ice. This is what I got today (and this is after half an hour so a lot has melted.) I will gladly pay for a tríente if I want a venti with light ice but I’m not given that option.

Came here with my fiance after going to the beach. We just got some quick mobile orders, but this is a very cute Starbucks! It's an atypical Starbucks appearance inside and out, but in a good way. And our drinks were good ??
this starbucks is great.. wonderful staff working hard all summer long.. super busy in summer as the beach is just down the street. a must do for stopping off after driving from chicago .. stretch out and quick coffee break.. this starbucks business is a franchise and property is beautiful, owned locally.

I normally prefer getting my coffee at local establishments but who can resist the fall lineup and BOGO. This location doesn't honor the specials (beware). They were out of ALL fall drinks- pumpkin and the apple shaken espresso.

Before placing my order, I asked if contactless payment was accepted (I didn’t want to create a problem for anyone), to which the response was “Apple Pay? Yes!” - I tried paying with several different options and none of them worked. The woman in back of me offered to pay, because the staff couldn’t figure out how to handle the situation, which was really kind of her. Yet, the staff still asked for a tip from this nice woman, even though I had already tried to give them a 25% tip.I understand that the staff is young, but this is a clear cut example of why a more experienced manager is required. Or at a minimum, a greater level of customer service education.To the nice lady who bought me a coffee -I owe you one! I hope I see you again so I can repay you for the kind gesture.
