Its the brand new store so obviously that was great! It was very clean. But the best thing there was the service! Usually service isn't that great but tonight they were fantastic! They were very patient, friendly and just overall amazing! They even asked for initials to label our sandwiches! Loved it and I hope i get this service everytime I go!

Terrible experience. Employee was rude due to us walking in at 9:10 on 11/30. Was given attitude, huffed at and told that next time to order an item first even though it was not offered to us until the end. I asked for soup and he said that he puts it away at 9 "like always" and that "we close at 10 so we put everything away." Again rude and distasteful experience. Became confrontational about the situation. Will never stop by here again with that employee. His coworker stood in the side, looking uncomfortable at the situation. I will be making a call to corporate and management by tomorrow morning.
