DO NOT GO THIS PLACE. This place has a very bad and rud meneger owner. ( with glasse) he is a very very bad person. I have a small yorkie pappy, he is 4 lbs . I haved with me. This meneger say no dogs hare. only cervice dog, I say this is a cervice dog, and I show him proof, he says NO . I have on my hand Small yorkie but okk, I take out my pappy and lived in my car, ( he is pappy and he crying if lived alone) but anyway I lived and fo back I asked the guy, and whay didn't have signed on the Dore(No Dogs. )He says he is the owner, and he dont care to answer me. I say ok. Just give me the sandwich. I m hungry.This meneger owner says go out, we don't make sandwiches for u." I tell him I m very hungry and i alredy take out my pappy and just give me a sandwich. He starts screaming to go aut or I called police. Everybody in this place is shamed because of this guy. Everybody shamed for him. Now I m hungry, sit in the car, and think what just happened. I have Shok.

Overcrowded, incompetent workers, slow workers, messy sandwiches, and to top it off it took over 45 minutes from start to finish just for them to let me know at the very end that the chip reader isn't working and therefore I was unable to get my food anyways. Thanks for wasting my hour lunch Subway.

Dude contaminated my sandwich by using the same knife as my fiancé's so I needed it remade. The girl remade it for me for free without a receipt which was nice. ^^

This is the second time we have used the app to order, and the second time that we have been given the wrong subs. We ordered Foot Long Pro, and got regular Foot longs. Should have checked before we left the parking lot, but just grabbed them and went home the second time. The first time it was lunch for the husband, so he didn't find out until hours later.

Don't ever apply to work at Subway in New Buffalo, MI!!!! I go there all the time to eat and see the same people that generally work there. Most employees there don't last long. I spoke with the Manager that was there and inquired about a Manager position. She asked me if I could interview now. I explained I had to get back to work. We scheduled an interview for the following Monday at 8 a.m., which is 7 a.m. where I live. I showed up on Monday, 15 minutes early and sat there till after 8 a.m. and no Manager showed up. The girl working behind the counter tells me that the Manager called and couldn't make it due to a family emergency and asked if I could come back between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m.. I said no, I had to go to work. She proceeds to ask me what day and time could I come back. I told her any day but Wednesday. We scheduled another interview for Friday, at 8 a.m. I proceeded to give the girl working my name and phone number. I asked her if someone could please call me prior to the interview if anything changes and she replied yes. This interview was with TJ and she was a higher up Manager. I show up early again and this time the same girl that was working tells me as soon as I walked in that the Manager didn't know when she was going to be in. She told me that "TJ" told her to tell me that they had "NO" salary positions available and that I could leave my resume with her. I asked the girl why nobody called me prior to me coming in. Her reply was "I lost your number and couldn't call you" I have never in all the years of interviewing or being employed have experienced such unprofessional behavior. Why schedule the interview at all? The first Manager knew what I was applying for. Maybe the owner of this particular franchise should consider rethinking how and whom they hire to work there.
