Food takes about 30 minutes until it's ready, and it's pretty rough. A couple of my family members were ill after trying the nachos. My only positive recommendation would be to try the pizza.

Love eating at Timbers. The Daily Double is a great deal with plenty of food. You get 1/2 a sandwich or 1/2 a salad with a bowl of soup or chili. The chicken noodle soup is my favorite. The beer battered onion rings with Tiger Ranch are super good as well.

My husband and I go here all the time and usually is great however we ordered our double cheddar burgers and took them up to our room they were cold as could be. When my husband took them back down to them they didn't offer us a replacement or refund and acted as if we were trying to pull a fast one on them. Like I said they are usually GREAT however this was a terrible and mostly offensive experience seeing as we are here almost every week for 2 days and choose to eat there and with it costing about $30 for 2 burgers I guess I expected to be treated better.

i stood in line on the ramp for over 25 minutes waiting to place a lunch order only to find out i could only get breakfast items, due to some issue with the menu... why not put a sign at the bottom of the ramp, or,better still, have an ee stationed there to inform people of the problem? clearly there is a need for better management control of this venue!

It was nice to see new management taking control and making changes. The staff was getting things done, cleaning, making sure people food was coming out when hot. My parents and I ordered chicken wings and onion rings. Ryan the cashier was very thorough and pleasant. Sierra was our server she was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The new manager Johnny was greeting customers and making sure the meals were being prepared properly and being served as soon as they were made. It was a very relaxing meal and was so nice to see the staff working so hard to keep things clean and customers happy. Johnny deserves recognition and look forward to eating there again.

Food isn't good...especially if you have to pay for it using your points to purchase is all it's worth...Kankakee Grill is much better...The Buffet sucks now too...They have really went down in the quality of their food!
