asked for a frozen mocha got a coffee that had no ice nor was frozen, was full of specks of black could be coffee grounds idk, bacon was so burnt it was all black. Lady who was taking order was rude but lady in window was nice.

I had ordered two Carmel cream iced coffees and for some reason after it being read back to me three times I still got a regular coffees with 4 coffee syrup and 1 cream in in both coffees , no I’m stuck wondering if they made the coffee they wanted or I wanted

Went this morning to get breakfast with my son before going to work. The kid behind the counter told me that I was better off going to McDonald's. Because the food there was not good. This is a employee remind you. I was just Undecided, because I have not been to this location in a while. When the manager walked up, then he decided to offer a couple of different options. I find it very disrespectful to the company And to any customer who just wants to grab a quick bite on their way to work, definitely not an employee. I would have working for me. I used to love going to this location.
