The worst dunkin donuts ever. I was at the drive thru at 0618pm 1/27/24 and was told that they will take my order momentarily saw the clock was at 0624pm already and a few minutes to close. And waited and waited and nobody took my order. So I pulled up and saw the guy sitting on his phone. So I went in the store and asked I waited at the drive thru and was told to wait and u are just sitting on your phone no customer just on your phone and you made a customer wait for no reason. I was planning on ordering donuts for everyone at work for our night shift. But was too upset and just ordered black coffee. He was apparently too busy on his phone to be bothered by a customer. I don’t know why would anyone bother to come to work if u hate your job so much.

Honestly this is the worst Dunkin' I have been to. No idea why I have to wait in a line for 20 minutes to get a coffee. The line is never long in the drive through so I have no idea why it takes 3 people so long. Not to mention the attitudes! Honestly so rude to their customers. I liked how this was right by my house but I think I just drive the extra mile to Tim Hortons.

Always mess up the order. It's takes a minimum of 15 minutes every time you go there. Just not a good location due to the staff they have unfortunately.
Wife loves this place. She usually stops in before work & the kids go to school. They know her an their order by heart. Always ask how things are and the kids. Amazing location.

Let me begin with saying IVE BEEN going to this location for 6years and never in my as a Customer have I been so disappointed with how THE ONWER DOSE Business! He's beyond unprofessional and extremely cheap he under pays his staff or doesn't pay them at all not to mention there's been mold growing where they cook and make drinks! But that's not all I've experience homophobic interactions with the manager rayshod Huffman! You have the mangers sleeping in they car during the shift and not helping Customers. Do not go here
