Ordered a sausage McMuffin at 10:20. I understand you were switching over to lunch but you could’ve atleast toasted a fresh muffin instead of a hard and burnt one.

I’m gonna start with the good. The people there are super friendly for the most part. Sometimes you kinda get rushed but other than that they’re always smiles to me at least. It’s not the cleanest in there but that’s something that can be fixed. Now for the bad. I ordered food on Monday 5/26/25. I got a number 7 like I always do when I go to McDonald’s. It tasted great but the bread was a little stale. Whatever. Fast forward to about 5 hours later and I’m having hot and cold flashes and I can’t leave the bathroom. Here I am 3 days later, kidney infection, and a horrible case of god knows what. All because of the food I ate. I hadn’t been anywhere to catch anything and it was right after I ate that food. A friend of mine had the exact same thing as me about a week prior and had the same exact thing happen to him. Something is bad and I’m not sure what but it might be time for a freezer clean out guys. I am so sick right now it’s not even funny. I had to miss work twice already this week, and probably for the rest of the week because of their mistakes. This is the sickest I have ever, EVER, been.

I don't usually do reviews or call the place to commend them but this time I Am !! We always go to this McDonald's at 26 & Gratiot when we are home because they actually take pride in what they do !!! Because of an Egg/Chicken allergy I'm limited on what I can have. I just had the absolute BEST Quarter Pounder meal I've ever had from ANY Mcdonald's I've ever been to !!! HUGE PROPS to Charlie who I found out is who made it after I called to thank them. Charlie was also the manager, so If ALL the other Mcdonald's need to be shown how to do it perfect and taste great, put Charlie in charge of it, fly him all over the country teaching employees how to do it, and give him 6 figures !!! Seriously !!!

No clue what her name was but there a manager working at this establishment that shouldn’t have her position. Upon walking in and ordering off this kiosk it took around 5 to ten minutes at the front register to get anyone to cash out my order. When someone did finally come to the front it was a manager that clearly couldn't be nice or professional at all she either hates working there or having to work very annoying and was extremely rude to the customers in Front of me and 4 others

They don't give napkins anymore and they serve you old food. This has been an issue for a while now. Just a nasty place to eat.

I come here before and after work most days. Love the staff, love the food always. I've only ever had 1 mishap and it was just that my orange juice was watery. They immediately apologized and got me a brand new one, not knowing that it was out. The fries are ALWAYS fresh. My food is always made to perfection. This is probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to.
Bless the woman who work the morning shift. They are wonderful. Wish the evening shift would take note. They Always forget items and have old fries n nuggets

First time at this location. We went inside and ordered at the kiosk. I was skeptical at first, when the screen told us to take a number and sit at the table. However, the service was very fast! And the employees were super friendly! And, to top it all off, the food was fresh!
