Not your customers problem!You don’t have the right to get mad at a customer for you not having enough money in your til.You don’t have the right to be mad at a customer for you not having a product they want and they not knowing it , bc they’re never in your store.You don’t have the right to be upset with a customer while you choose to stay on your phone call.Lastly it’s very unprofessional to call customer dirty names in your language as they leave your store DUE to YOUR ignorance and arrogance in the situation; that simply could have been handled WAY BETTER

I have delivered product to these people and and on a few occasions they have stolen from me The owners of the store thieves do not trust them do not trust the products that they sell they have no moral issue doing bad business

Overpriced - crazy mark ups for cans of pop. The owners wife is rude and confrontational. When the 2 liter of caffeine free Diet Coke was outdated by 15 days she first said we couldn’t exchange it because she had “already rung it up.” Tried to get a different 2 liter regardless but everything they had was past dated and expired. She refused to take any money off the 2 liter. Threw the pack of juul refills at us literally chucked them. Told us “go to plumbs with the very long lines.” Never going back and said that to them. The owners reply? “That’s fine we have more than enough business.”
