The baristas are lovely and they really work hard but the waiting time is always extremely long which leads to cold food/drink. It just tells me they do not have enough staff at this location.

my drinks are consistently delicious and if there'd ever an issue with my order, they promptly apologize and fix it. these poor folks are constantly dealing with rude customers. People need to cut them a break. owner needs to cut them a bigger check.

The only time I visited was horrible and slow. I was the only one in the store and my order was completely wrong! I caught the error on the drink before I left and they fixed it but not the sandwich. I was very specific and repeated it multiple times and they still got it wrong. It was wrong to the point that one bite made me sick! They seemed to concerned about complaining about their work schedules and other employees to focus on what they were doing. I called about and am still waiting on the email they told me I would be receiving days ago.

Coffee is delicious. Nothing beats a bragel of any kind! The staff is always friendly. I love to treat myself after a double or third shift.

Sadly, Newaygo Biggby seems to be VERY slow regularly. On Mother’s Day I walked in thinking I’d get quicker service. I stood there for 5 minutes at the counter and no one greeted me as they were all three right there. As 5 minutes had passed I just walked out.
Giving them another attempt to redeem themselves I tried again today. With two cars ahead of me it was over a 20 minute wait. I noticed three staff working, so I’m not sure why it took as long as it did. I have experienced this too many times at this store. I was very excited to get a drive through coffee shop in Newaygo, but it’s not worth the time.
