Went there this afternoon, and used a coupon, for some reason my coupon wasn’t added to my order and I paid full price. I tried to call to see why and no one wanted to answer.

The baristas are lovely and they really work hard but the waiting time is always extremely long which leads to cold food/drink. It just tells me they do not have enough staff at this location.

Seems they are regularly training new folks. probably need better pay. my drinks are consistently delicious and if there'd ever an issue with my order, they promptly apologize and fix it. these poor folks are constantly dealing with rude customers. People need to cut them a break. owner needs to cut them a bigger check.

The only time I visited was horrible and slow. I was the only one in the store and my order was completely wrong! I caught the error on the drink before I left and they fixed it but not the sandwich. I was very specific and repeated it multiple times and they still got it wrong. It was wrong to the point that one bite made me sick! They seemed to concerned about complaining about their work schedules and other employees to focus on what they were doing. I called about and am still waiting on the email they told me I would be receiving days ago.

I would like to commend the barista who served me this morning for creating a delicious scotchy cream freeze with coffee shots. I called to express my appreciation for her excellent work. I regret not getting her name, but I hope you can pass along my kudos. Her customer service and positive attitude were truly exceptional! She served me this morning at around 8:15 on 7/16 ?✨️

Super slow service. Can’t get the orders correct even after having to remake the order it was still wrong. Didn’t give a total cost of the order at any point. I’m a biggby fan and frequent visitor but this location is very poorly run.

Sadly, Newaygo Biggby seems to be VERY slow regularly. On Mother’s Day I walked in thinking I’d get quicker service. I stood there for 5 minutes at the counter and no one greeted me as they were all three right there. As 5 minutes had passed I just walked out. Giving them another attempt to redeem themselves I tried again today. With two cars ahead of me it was over a 20 minute wait. I noticed three staff working, so I’m not sure why it took as long as it did. I have experienced this too many times at this store. I was very excited to get a drive through coffee shop in Newaygo, but it’s not worth the time.
