Every single time I call them, they are on mute... IDK if they are doing it on purpose or not, but it's been happening for the past few months now. Because of this, they have lost my business all together!

Walk in to order food was waited on fairly fast but the employee was not very friendly was told 20 minute wait. Go in after 25 minutes to pick up food and now a new employee who didn't seem to know what he was doing then goes to look for my order to be told it wasn't even started yet again not very friendly no apology nothing. I was told another 20 minute wait well after a long day of work my boyfriend said just cancel the order so i go back in to cancel the order and again a different employee who again was not very friendly and had to go get someone else to cancel my order and I am assuming this is the manager and she was by far the rudest one I had talked to. I will never go back to this store again as almost every time its a bad experience but this was the worst yet waiting for food is one thing but to wait and find out they never even started it is worst and to talk to all rude employees makes it even worse and not one apology for there mess up and let me also note they were not even busy. Now had they been a little more friendly and actually nice about the situation I probably would have waited the extra 20 minutes now I wait 7 days for a refund yayyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!

Placed an online order an hour and a half in advance and went to pick it up to find out it wasn't even in the oven yet. When you only have a 20 minute lunch, that kinda leaves you a bit disappointed. Also, it's happened multiple times and often times it takes them 10 minutes to even address customers at the counter. Worst little Caesars I've ever been to.

I went in at 2pm and it was the most empty little Caesars I've ever seen I waited a few minutes before I even seen an employee then was told they couldnt make food because it was to close to break wasn't even given an option to wait for the food to be made, the lady working refused my order

Had a great experience tonight. The app was bugging out so I ordered from the website. That errored out at the very end so I just said forget it. But then I still got an email that my pizza was ready. Checked my CC and had two pending charges. Went into the store and the gentlemen at the counter were helpful and found a pizza made for me. Then Skyler was able to show me that one of my charges was marked voided in their system. Fingers crossed it voids out but was very happy with the local service despite the corporate app messing up badly today.

Yikes, ordered pizza online, went to pick it up at designated time and the lobby was closed, so had to wait 15 mins in the drive thru. Got to the window and the pizzas were not ready. They told us to pull into the parking lot and they would bring them out in 6 mins. Fast forward 15 more minutes went to the lobby door and they told us we had to get back in the drive thru lane to pick them up. 0 stars for customer service.
