The manager of this establishment needs to step in and intervene. They never ever have hot and ready pizzas nor are the young staff friendly. I know it roughly takes 8 minutes to cook a pizza, if you do not order online they will tell you 35 to 45 minutes wait. It’s sad that this is the one near my house wish it was any other little Caesar’s. Manager do your job and fix this place, it’s not how it was meant to be run.

The little Caesars in Newaygo,Mi is consistently late on orders very rude to customers and the food I wouldn't feed to my family I would eat a cardboard box before I would eat their pizza. If you doordash stay clear from this merchant.

I ordered 2 extra most bestest pepperoni & breadsticks. We got 2 regular burnt pepperoni.. 😡 & it took 1/2 hour to wait for the breadsticks & most def not worth the wait. The girl who took our order was very unfriendly as well. Super disappointed that we wasted our $ & time on this!! Just Terrible!!!

I have stopped 3 times on different days of the week on my way to our camper and they have never had any hot and ready pizzas. Fill orders only. That's not the way this chain advertises. The one in Cedar Springs always has them when we stop. Newaygo needs to learn how to manage orders along with hot and ready.

I put in an order at 4:45 for a 7:00 pickup, it wasn't ready until almost 7:30, and then came out looking like this with half the crust sitting in the middle of it.

Ordered a hot and ready and bread sticks with cheese sauce. The girl had to check if they had cheese dip. She came back and said they only had cheese pizza and it would be 20 mins for a hot and ready. Well google says it takes 5 to 7 minutes to make a little Caesars pizza. And given it's only 3 ingredients on a pre made crust I'll give ya 3 for that. There was nobody in the lobby and it was 2:00 in the afternoon. Whats the other 10 min for?

Will never order from this place again, they've been given plenty of chances to do better and obviously can't. It's worth a drive to LITERALLY anywhere else around here for decent pizza and good customer service.

I went there on August 7th to pick up 2 hot and ready pizzas and I was told very rudley by the girl working that they didn't have any hot and ready which is kinda strange when that is what the pizza chain is known for it wasn't like they had just opened they were open for 2 hours already she didn't even tell that it might be a few minutes wait she just rudely said they didn't have any so needless to say I left and the newaygo Michigan location lost my business I know my few dollars won't make a impact on their business but I won't be a repeat customer

Rude and cocky kid at the counter acted like it would inconvenience him so much to make a cheese pizza. Went to order one and he said they had no pizza (arms crossed mind you and with a tude), asked if they were out and couldn’t make any or…. He sternly and irritatingly said it would be 20-25 min. Parking lot empty, drive through empty and ordering food clearly not what he was there to do.

I was told for 30 minutes that my order was being worked on only to be offered a refund 35 mins later stating that my order hasn’t even been started and that door dash orders jumped in front of mine despite being a walk in for hot and readies. They were in fact not hot and ready. Pick up time between hot and ready time frame. Staff stating they were “short staffed”
