This has to be the worst little ceasers ive been to.. there website says they are open until 11pm.. I directly across the street so I called at 9:10 to place a order, no answer, i hung up and waited a couple minutes and called back and still no answer, I could see there open sign was on. So I went there and ordered food and paid for it and left, I was 2 minutes down the road and my food was literally like cardboard because it sat in the warmer forever it was very dry and old. I turned around and went back and there door was locked and no one around but all the lights were on and open sign still on, come to find out all the employees were taking a break sitting out back in there cars.. ill never return to this place, now that I looked at there reviews they only have a 3.3 out of 5 stars. Its crazy how a owner or manager of a business establishment can run it so poorly!!

Called 3 times no answer because there’s hair in my food, lady there seemed mad i was bringing back the pizza, like there wasn’t hair in it? the location was not busy at all, which is weird why they would sweep right to where they make pizzas and leave it? I’d say i go Often for a quick meal but yet the reason I’m giving up on the fast food industry. Should have trusted the reviews.. the last review says the same thing.

They rarely ever sling a good pizza it’s either sloppy and falling apart as you grab a piece from too much sauce and or grease they are also prone to messing up orders they often will even mess up the pizza they remake for botching the first one both pizzas can take up to 40 mins for them to make which is unrealistic as someone who has worked in the pizza Business also they never have anything hot and ready which is supposed to be like their entire pitch and if they do it’s a 50/50 chance you get a pizza with rigor mortis that looks like it was in the warmer since yesterday.

I just grabbed a hot and ready from them it has been sitting for far to long it was hard only could take two bites out of the pizza before it was too hard for me to chew and now I can't even get through to talk with the customer service.

So this very unusual situation. I had an almost $70.00 order. One of our special pizzas that we ordered had HAIR in it. Needless to say we did not eat this after it was found. We were in disbelief as many people warned us not purchase from the Newaygo Little Caesar. Unfortunately they were correct. However will be making contact with the local health department to investigate the location for improper food handling and sanitation safety. In hopes that this place gets the proper management it deserves because your loyal customers need to know that it’s going to be safe to consume the food they purchase from this particular location. I have it under good authority that a similar situation has happened to someone else but theirs was much worse than mine. Anyway heed the warnings. From the reviews. Monitor your bites looking for hair, plastic wrapping, and string from a towel.

The manager of this establishment needs to step in and intervene. They never ever have hot and ready pizzas nor are the young staff friendly. I know it roughly takes 8 minutes to cook a pizza, if you do not order online they will tell you 35 to 45 minutes wait. It’s sad that this is the one near my house wish it was any other little Caesar’s. Manager do your job and fix this place, it’s not how it was meant to be run.

The little Caesars in Newaygo,Mi is consistently late on orders very rude to customers and the food I wouldn't feed to my family I would eat a cardboard box before I would eat their pizza. If you doordash stay clear from this merchant.

I ordered 2 extra most bestest pepperoni & breadsticks. We got 2 regular burnt pepperoni.. 😡 & it took 1/2 hour to wait for the breadsticks & most def not worth the wait. The girl who took our order was very unfriendly as well. Super disappointed that we wasted our $ & time on this!! Just Terrible!!!

I have stopped 3 times on different days of the week on my way to our camper and they have never had any hot and ready pizzas. Fill orders only. That's not the way this chain advertises. The one in Cedar Springs always has them when we stop. Newaygo needs to learn how to manage orders along with hot and ready.

I put in an order at 4:45 for a 7:00 pickup, it wasn't ready until almost 7:30, and then came out looking like this with half the crust sitting in the middle of it.

Ordered a hot and ready and bread sticks with cheese sauce. The girl had to check if they had cheese dip. She came back and said they only had cheese pizza and it would be 20 mins for a hot and ready. Well google says it takes 5 to 7 minutes to make a little Caesars pizza. And given it's only 3 ingredients on a pre made crust I'll give ya 3 for that. There was nobody in the lobby and it was 2:00 in the afternoon. Whats the other 10 min for?
