The pizza is great the staff is amazing but I would really appreciate it if they would answer the phone more I have had multiple days where I've tried to order through the phone because I have certain specifications that cannot be made on the app and I will call two or three times and they will not answer the phone and I will let it ring until it goes to an automated message system or I decide to hang up it is really frustrating as a customer
I was inside and ordered one pizza. I was sitting inside over 15 minutes. I finally went to the counter and asked how much longer for my pizza. They had it in the warming ben. They never told me it was done. Very frustrating 😕
Had a great experience tonight. The app was bugging out so I ordered from the website. That errored out at the very end so I just said forget it. But then I still got an email that my pizza was ready. Checked my CC and had two pending charges. Went into the store and the gentlemen at the counter were helpful and found a pizza made for me.
