Most annoying time at a fast food place in my life, someone in the car had to use the bathroom so we put in a mobile order, put it under spot number 4, sat there forever(20 min or more, could’ve had actually good food at a sit down place for this BS), finally when went through the drive through to figure it out what was going on, we sat another 5 minutes at the speaker and no one said anything at all just pure silence, then we pulled up to the window just to figure out my order wasn’t in their system, I showed them the address matched and everything, money out of my account and points and now I have to wait 48 hours to use that money and points, I’m sure loving it McDonald’s!!

I believe if your going to charge people top dollar for food at least make it right for instance if i order a large fry dont give me a medium amount in a large fry the food there just ain't the same seems almost fake a better word for it I guess is synthetic

I was first to the drive thru ordering monitor and waiting to have someone to take my order and another car pulled up to the other monitor and I hear them take their order so I think oh well they will get to me so they take my order and then ask me to repeat it because they where doing whatever and not paying attention to what I ordered finally took my order pull up and had to wait 8 minutes before they took my money then when I get my order and get home they give me honey mustard and I asked for hot mustard didn’t even know they had honey mustard worst experience that I ever had at a McDonald’s Donald’s

I showed up before 9 a.m. to order coffee and two breakfast sandwiches. They gave me the coffee and asked me to pull forward to wait for food. There was no-one in front of me when I ordered, paid or got to the window. 15 minutes later, I will still waiting. The person from the restaurant walked out and served the two customers who ordered behind me parked near me. As she walked in, I asked her about my order. She said they were waiting on hash browns. I didn't order hash browns. After another minute or two another staff person came with the two sandwiches and acted like is was no big deal that I had been waiting for over 15 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. No apology, acknowledgment that they had lost my order. Acted like it was my problem.

9/18/25 night shift is garbage. I was the only one there when I ordered, waited at the window for 17 mins without a word. Worker handed me my food and said NOTHInG Idk how but somehow they top the last bad experience with a even worse one everytime and sadly this review will get nowhere

I started going to this McDonald’s because it’s close to my house. I went everyday in Grand Rapids and decided to give my local restaurant my business. When I went there for the first time. I had the most amazing bacon egg and cheese bagel. When I went the second time the bagel was so burnt I could hardly eat it. Well today I put my order in online and when I got there I still had to wait another 15 minutes because they were “waiting on bagels”. What a disappointment it was to get a sandwich I paid over $6 for and couldn’t eat it because it was so hard and burnt to a crisp. How is it ok to give your customers this kinda of food after all we are your job security. I have to say I don’t think I’ll be back even though it’s the only McDonalds within a half hour from where I live. I know you can do better McDonalds. Please don’t give us food that you yourself wouldn’t eat 😡

Got a large fry and a medium fry that were hardly filled and inside down in the bag and my boyfriends big Mac only came with meat and cheese on it when he only asked for no pickle, very disappointed use to be one of my top places to go but not so much anymore, please try harder
