Got a large fry and a medium fry that were hardly filled and inside down in the bag and my boyfriends big Mac only came with meat and cheese on it when he only asked for no pickle, very disappointed use to be one of my top places to go but not so much anymore, please try harder

A couple months ago, I went in and found that black spot on my bun, I think that’s gross to this day and disgusting. I’m not sure if the higher ups know about this but the last couple times since I’ve come in and it looks like that too. That black spot to me looks like mold and I think the health department needs to be involved.

It's McDonald's, they're all slow with crappy overpriced burger type items. Still slow today but the food was hot, as it should be when it takes that long. The shift manager just stood there on her phone. When I inquired once about what was taking so long she looked up from her phone rolled her eyes and said she was going to ban me from McDonald's if I kept complaining. She looked a bit strung out on something to me.

I came in twice to have my sandwich corrected and twice they still got it wrong it doesn't take common sense to fix it this is ridiculous every single time I come in here it's the same stupid stuff I won't come back
If 0 stars was an option I would choose it, I decided to stop at this McDonald’s on my lunch break after I drove 45 mins for my job and they took forever to make the new Angel Reese Burger and once I finally got the burger, it was thrown together. It had no pickles on it, no cheese and had way too many onions on it. How does this happen, oh I know how. The management and employees can’t stop talking and distracting each other. Do better!

The employee at the pickup window gave me my food without a word and immediately shut the window on me. I had an issue with my order but wasn’t able to say anything about it. The food I did get was buss though ngl.

Had a mobile order, missing half our food, wasn’t given any straws for drinks and had to wait 45 minutes for an ice water because it couldn’t be given at drive through window. Worst mcdonald’s ever been to, have tried multiple time to give second chance and it always falls through

I stopped for lunch on 12/20. Got order to go. I ordered quarter pounder meal with coffee. This was best tasting food I have had from a McDonald's in awhile. Food was hot,fries were hot and fresh and coffee was hot and fresh. The person that I dealt with was very pleasant and friendly.
