We used Riverstop Cafe to cater my grandmother's funeral luncheon. Not only did they serve amazing food (no kidding the tomato soup was the bestest I ever had!) they did so with short notice and caring attention to detail. I cannot recommend them enough. Although we are from out of town, when we are near Newaygo, we will stop here!

This was the first time we had eaten here and there are no words to describe how wonderful it was. My wife had the Coconut Curry Chicken Pot Pie which may sound a little weird, but was incredible. I ordered the Moroccan meatballs which was served in a pasta which was truly amazing. Grilled pita bread wedges rounded off this dish and I had to order more because of how good they were! So, if you haven’t figured this out yet, make the trip over to this little treasure tucked away in downtown Newaygo!

The food there was AMAZING! Staff was so friendly, atmosphere was very cozy. I got a cafe miel and the breakfast sandwich on a croissant. It was very good.
Have been going here since I was little! My mom would take me here after sledding in the winter to get a hot coco and scone. Recently have been going back as and adult and it still has the same amazing atmosphere and decor and great food!
