Oh my goodness was the food beautiful! These people take pride in their work and take their time with every detail even wrapping the subs. Keep up the good work Subway!

Today is May 28th, 2025 at 12:10 pm and I just got the saddest sub. I ordered the shredded chicken on a toasted multi-grain bun and there wasn't 2 oz of meat and the bun was rock hard. I won't go to this subway again. The Fremont Michigan Subway is excellent!

I frequently order online from this Subway to save myself time when my kids have sports practices after school. The past 4 or 5 times I have placed an order something is always wrong. They are always out of bread and cookies, and my order always comes out wrong. Subway isn’t exactly cheap anymore and I am so tired of wasting our money and not even getting what we ordered and paid for. We won’t be back to this location.

They are consistent out of product! It’s frustrating going in and they are either don’t have the product at all or they have put it away early and don’t want to get it back out. (1 1/2 hours before closing)

This store is always out of items every time I go in asked for a turkey and ham sub and only got ham on it this is ridiculous should have kept the people from the old newaygo subway at least they could make good subs

Service is awful, when the employee wants to talk more they want to work it is a wonder they can get through any order. The Newaygo Subway has a great looking store but they really need to figure out better staffing to have better service. We left without even ordering, if I could give a zero rating I would!

This establishment, specifically the Newaygo location, has long out stayed its welcome. I would be utterly embarrassed to have to tell customers EVERYDAY that we are out of *insert meat item* We would better off with another cafe or mom 'n pop shop. Embarrassing.

Got to the store at 8pm waited for the one worker to finish an online order for 10 minutes before getting helped while the other swept the floor. Finally get to order my sub and they didn't have any ingredients for the 3 I picked. After getting my sub toasted the employee reached over to grab some veggies and stuck her hoodie in my melted cheese then pulled it off and put it back on my sub. If I hadn't already spent 30 minutes waiting and my lunch was 10 minutes overdue I would have had them make me a new sub. So instead I have a $15 sub to throw in the trash.

Stood in line waiting for 1/2 hour while the employees worked on online orders. Only 2 employees and they were very slow. Got home and tried to bite into my cookie and it was as hard as a brick. Way overcooked.

The subway in Newaygo is absolutely terrible. For one they never have any condiments or veggies and now today it’s 9:15pm it says they close at 10pm the door is open the girl working said they are allowed to close 30 mins early if they want. I said oh ok so your closing at 9:30 so I have time still? The lady said no she already shut the ovens down and wrapped the food up and they were closed. How early do they close or what are there hours? I ended up just going to Grant subway!

Rolling Down The RV Road “ROLLING DOWN THE RV ROAD”

Very poor and unfriendly service by the staff ( especially the server). Both seemed to have a poor attitude and would rather not be there. When I made my first selection , I was abruptly told that two ingredients were not available. I felt that I was wasting their time because I was slow to reply. The store was empty until my order was taken. I am certainly going to take this experience in consideration the next time I order in the store or for delivery.

FYI: I have spent 40 years in customer service ( most in uper management) and if I was working for Subway, Store # 25537 - 0 would have 2 less employees and the manager would be working the store until these employees are replaced.

Food is good, place is clean. Only complaint is this place do not have “No shirt/no shoes/no service”. A young man came in with no shirt and they served him. Tsk.

Also, they did not keep up with the fountain drinks. 3 of them are out of order.
