Got take out and the order was very wrong, got 4 sandwiches and all of them were wrong. Didn’t get half the items I wanted on any of them and they used shredded cheese on a sandwich… who puts shredded cheese on a sandwich.. smdh this is ridiculous

My last 4 visits to this particular subway, they are always out of something. Literally costing them sales every time because we walk out and go somewhere else. Whether it’s the main protein we are looking for, lids for soft drinks (and not comping a larger size that had lids unless I paid), cookies, several soda options out, and just yesterday we were there and they had nothing but flat breads or pizza because sales were greater than they had bread. This store is terribly managed, I can’t be the only one second guessing whether to return or not. Just a waste of time usually.
Oh my goodness was the food beautiful! These people take pride in their work and take their time with every detail even wrapping the subs. Keep up the good work Subway!

Today is May 28th, 2025 at 12:10 pm and I just got the saddest sub. I ordered the shredded chicken on a toasted multi-grain bun and there wasn't 2 oz of meat and the bun was rock hard. I won't go to this subway again. The Fremont Michigan Subway is excellent!

I frequently order online from this Subway to save myself time when my kids have sports practices after school. The past 4 or 5 times I have placed an order something is always wrong. They are always out of bread and cookies, and my order always comes out wrong. Subway isn’t exactly cheap anymore and I am so tired of wasting our money and not even getting what we ordered and paid for. We won’t be back to this location.

They are consistent out of product! It’s frustrating going in and they are either don’t have the product at all or they have put it away early and don’t want to get it back out. (1 1/2 hours before closing)

This store is always out of items every time I go in asked for a turkey and ham sub and only got ham on it this is ridiculous should have kept the people from the old newaygo subway at least they could make good subs
