If I could give zero stars across the board, I would. They can't ever get an order right, takes half hour plus to get your wrong order and the food is usually cold. Absolutely the last time I ever go to this taco bell. Mashed potatoes no gravy (have gravy) soft tacos no lettuce (have lettuce) hard shell tacos (all crushed like a taco salad mac n cheese (cold).

Almost always makes my food wrong. Whether you edit ingredients or not. Nacho cheese is hardly warm. Changes box menu items but leaves the same name for box so you wouldn't know your ordering something entirely different. Flat bread was cold. Honestly all our food was cold but my cantina tacos. This taco bell sucks terribly compared to others. Be prepared to spend 10 mins+ in the drive thru just for you to have to go inside because it's wrong or cold.

Incrediblly slow service there were only 2 cars in the drive thru and didn't move after 15 minutes, I left and went somewhere else
This has been a staple for us since high school. The staff is usually friendly, and the facilities clean and neat.
Edit: this location has gone down hill. I gave it a few tries in the past months thinking the new employees needed some time to catch up. But it has gotten slightly worse. The soda machine does not have ice, and the drinks are not chilled coming out. The food is often wrong, or not done well. The potatoes were burnt, the replacements were burnt and dried out.
Gies were all over on the monitors and on the dining tables. The lines were out the door and cars lined up out the drive.

I opened my big cheesit box and there was a booger sitting on my crunch wrap.i called and told them I don't want a new one because i lost my appetite, but their cook needed to blow their nose. They didn't sound like they cared. They made me feel dumb

Absolutely terrible service. The only thing that was actually good about this place was the friendly cashier. Waited a long time for our food and they gave us another customers food in ours which sparked an uproar with them. Will never eat here again. Absolutely ridiculous.
