I was encouraged by the team that was working here the day I came. They were working together. They had camaraderie and the morale was very upbeat. You were competing for something and I thought that was cool. The manager was involved and that always raises morale at work!

The crew that was working Thursday, May 23, near closing time, especially the young ladies working both, drive thru window and counter were hands down the best I've ever seen especially with being extremely short staffed the ladies were super calm but yet overwhelmed with the huge drive thru line and in mine and my sons 35/40min wait we did not hear the manager freak out nor put anyone down during their crazy endeavor I'm very impressed with their atmosphere during...

Every time I go there the food is always greasy and isn't consistent with the other KFC or Taco Bell chains, this isn't an issue with the staff, I believe it's just an issue with the concept of the restaurant, KFC and Tacobell menus aren't similar enough to keep quality up.

Employees are usually friendly when I'm there and wait times are as expected.
