The service was pretty good, maybe a bit slow, but pleasant. I thought maybe it was slow because we were waiting on hot fries or hot burgers. But alas, the fries, nuggets and burgers were warm at best. Nothing was hot. The eating area was ok but didn't seem as clean as we prefer. I'm sure we will return but it may be a while.

Ordered chili and get a cup of chili with no meat in it and not even a heads up about it. It was not good!
Ordered $33 worth of food and was not only given the wrong product but also missing items from my bag, would not recommend this location.

Update to today's visit.
I ordered at home thinking it would make pick up faster and easier. I live 25 minutes from the restaurant. Get there to pick up a large order for 6 ppl and am told it's not ready and to wait.. I waited 20 minutes.. Got the food home and half of it was missing.. Sent my husband to pick up the rest and the 3 managers didn't know what to do. We were missing half the order and the half we got was not made correctly. I will drive into Cedar Springs before I go back to the Wendy's in Newaygo and I will let everyone know why. Food is too expensive, as is gas, to be missing half of your total order and the other half to be made incorrectly. Rude managers and nasty food.

Went through drive through for a South West salad, which they no longer had, so I got a taco salad. They used regular chili meat, and I do not recommend it!
