Very good food and bathrooms are the cleanest restaurant bathrooms I have ever used! Waiter was very nice and the building is decorated very cutely. Ever back in Newberry, I will be back!
Good food with the option of a salad bar that is offered Dailey. I also found the service to be well above average.
Great little roadside place to grab a lunch! Friendly staff, good food and clean facilities.
Wow!!!! Best breakfast I’ve had in a very long time. I got the vegetarian omelette minus the broccoli. It was truly amazing. Will definitely be going back.
Great place to eat.
Theeeee best biscuits and gravy a man could ask for! Server Angela did a flawless job as well. 5 stars!
love the staff! they are very nice and accommodate dietary requests. Food is filling and prices are reasonable.
It's pretty damn sad that this so called restaurant don't accept service dogs when some one is a handicap 🤦 all service dogs is allowed to be in public do y'all search such a ignorant management js
I've eaten here several times and have always had good results...surprisingly I walk in there yesterday with my brother in law who is a disabled veteran, remember we celebrated our vets a few weeks ago. As we walk into the establishment we were yelled at from across the dining room ”owner doesn't allow pets” to which we answer back ”no worries, it's a service animal”. The next reply from staff from across the restaurant was, " I DONT CARE, GET OUT. TOTALLLY shocked we exit and call the proper authorities to educate these folks that it is in fact Illegal to deny a service animal entry with their owner...it's such a shame

Just trying to have lunch with my brother and my sister in law. My brother is a disabled vet and both my brother and sister in law have service dogs. They said that the service dogs were not allowed and asked us to leave. That is illegal. Shame on them. We will never come back again

I went out to lunch with my brother and sister in-law Friday. We decided to go to M 28 grill and tavern. My brother is a disabled vet with a service dog and my sister in-law, is not a vet, but has a medical service dog. Both dogs were wearing their service vests and their leads. As soon as we walked into he door a waitress yelled from across the restaurant " the owner doesn't allow dogs". My brother politely said "they are service dogs", to which the waitress replies "I don't care". This is illegal. The community should be aware that one of the businesses here is treating people with service animals that way, not emotional support animals, but trained service animals

We were in search of a quick meal on our road trip. We had the salad bar at the M-28 Grill & Tavern. The selections were fresh and the service friendly!

Sweet cafe with excellent wait staff. The Old Timer breakfast (eggs and corned beef hash) was perfect. Best marbled rye toast and selection of Smuckers jams.
I wish I wasn't only passing through.
