Absolutely terrible. We first came in and waited 15 minutes to be seated when there where tables dirty that could’ve been cleaned for us to sit. When we finally got seated we didn’t get asked for our drink order till 20 minutes later. After we order we waited ANOTHER 20 minutes just for our drinks. This is what was delivered! When calling to report it hung up on twice one by staff and one by manager. Then drove to restaurant and presented to manager and how unprofessional they are. He refused to remake it but willing to take it back and provide no refund!
On 3/7 I went to Pizza Hut for lunch. I use a wheelchair and after the renovations at the front door the sill is too high, so I went around to try the back door. The waitress came out Immediately and had someone move a car out of my way then proceeded to chop ice so I could make it in. Unbelievable and exceptional . She was outstanding also as she served the table. She anticipated what we needed and it was there. Sorry I didn't get her name she's a treasure.
