Pizza Hut is one of my favorite places to get pizza, but the pizza from this one was not that good. The pizza was dry and the crust was hard and the amount of toppings was less than at other restaurants I've ordered from, especially in my home town. Being that I'm up here for a few days I seriously doubt that I'll order from here the next time I come this way. I was really disappointed.

Went in around 1pm on a Saturday. No customers in the restaurant and 2 employees at the counter. Waited for about 5 minutes and neither would acknowledge our existence even though they clearly saw us. Walked out and went elsewhere.

I order online from here frequently, today a salad was left behind in my order when i got it for takeout, wasn't able to make it back & pick it up and the nice lady on the phone (Allysin) credited my account over the amount more than the cost of the salad itself - which was very kind - they don't deliver very far but that's a company thing and not this places' fault everything is far distances in the UP lol They have a handful of good workers that are courteous, and helpful including (Will, Carrie, Caleb, Dana) I'm sure others as well! ✨️

We went in to order had to go back and forth between 2 register just put in our order and pay. Got the wrong chicken saw that before we left but when we got back to the room to eat next to no cheese on the pizza and crust was more thin than pan. Not worth the money

Try finding pizza on a Sunday in Newberry Michigan. Pizza Hut is your only option. Even though they're the only option they still did a great job. Pizza was good (1 supreme and 1 pepperoni lovers), garlic Parm wings were good, garlic cheese sticks were great and all for an amazing price. Well done Newberry pizza Hut employees. You all deserve a raise.

No soap in the men's room - the dispenser had no bag in it, and there was no alternate dispenser or bar of soap. I told the waitress, received a very indifferent response, and there was no effort to correct this while we were still there.

Have an allergy to egg - the staff was super unhelpful and didn’t try to accommodate my allergy. They were unwilling to check if the pizza had egg in it and were ignorant.
