Came in early morning during October , only 4 tables with 2 customers each eating already. I was informed they had a buffet and I was sort of in a hurry so I got that and a coffee and water . Not a bad buffet , had home made corned beef hash ( corned beef was obviously canned ) but it was good , sausage gravy was really good . Three waitresses, one spent a lot of time chatting with another local business owner eating , one girl waited on the other two tables including the one next to mine . I made 3 trips to the buffet , my waitress never once came and picked up an empty plate of offered more coffee . I then go to cash out and the other waitress started to help me but she was preoccupied with bills of people not even in line and said she would be right back . Before that happened my waitress finally shows up and cashed me out . They were all very nice but the time I was done eating, I was the only one left in the entire restaurant. My only thought was I would never go in there when it was busy if 3 waitresses can’t wait on one customer . Btw I seen the one waitress refill her customers coffee, including the table next to mine . with only a couple tables she should have checked on everyone’s coffee, it would have took less than a minute. Maybe I will try it again in the spring when I’m back up there and see if it was a better service experience and adjust my review to reflect.

Went here twice while on vacation both times food was very good very nice waitstaff highly recommend getting the big John sandwich very tasty

It was kind of a hectic and confusing place. We stood there for at least 5 minutes. We weren't sure if we were supposed to wait to be seated or seat ourselves. Servers walked back and forth but didn't great us until we decided to take a seat at the last available table.
The food was pretty good. We waited 15 minutes for the check and just stood around at the register waiting for someone to notice us.
It's a cute little place. I recommend giving it a try at least once though.

after eating here so many times I was shocked to day when stopping in today for breakfast and seeing today's special was buffet $13.95 but not for Democrat's, with Democrats circled. What a disgusting 🫣 thing to put on but such poor judgment on owners. I am nether Democrat or Republican but a switch hitter and choose what I think best. After eating there 30 or 40 times I will think twice 🤔 before eating there again and will most certainly tell any and everyone about the stupid remark.

My family and I loved this place. Even the 11yr old picky eatter found something they would eat! Which was the mac n cheese bites, which she said were 'great'! The kids enjoyed the mozzarella sticks, saying they were huge and tastes 'so good' through mouthfulls! The house frys are really good!! Everyone enjoyed their food. Service was great too! Definitely a place to stop for a great meal after hiking the falls all day! Thank you!
