Terrible customer service, barista got mad and rolled her eyes when I asked her to warm up my muffins. Ordered a tea latte (should be made with milk) came back with a cup of water and a tea bag, made my drink wrong, same reaction eye roll reaction when I politely asked her to remake it. Then attempted to correct it but was really just water a splash of milk and a tea bag terrible taste to it might as well just given me a cup of water. I just left at that point, wont make the mistake of stopping at the Niles location ever again.

Food is always good but the last few times I've gotten coffee from here I've regretted it. Tastes bitter and watered down. Employees are always nice though which is why I'm giving 3 stars

Terrible, terrible, terrible. My mocha doesn't even taste like coffee, it taste like chocolate water. They didn't have half and half at a coffee shop, which is the biggest joke. I ordered it extra hot, and the coffee is less than luke warm. Biggby has sucked for a while now, but this location ups the ante and sucks even worse. Imagine working at a coffee shop and can't make coffee...over and over and over again. Close down already. Disgusting. 7brew is miles better.

First time coming to this location. I work at a different Biggby but I was in the area for this one, so I ordered a Citrus Mint Soother. What I got was a hot mint tea with honey and a lemon slice. The whole reason I ordered it was because I know it is supposed to have cinnamon powder and steamed lemonade to clear my throat. I was the only car at the drive thru and they were very short and not friendly at all. Very disappointing.

My girlfriend. And I drove to Michigan from Texas and in our exhaustion.We decided to try this coffee place. Looking at. The menu I saw that they were advertising. A campfire cold foam coffee drink that looked absolutely divine. You can imagine my disappointment when I went to order this.Drink only for them to tell me that they were out. I will say however that the pretzel sliders were fantastic.

I would say this is a decent Biggby Coffee location in the area. Sometimes you’ll get someone who’s having an off day. However, out of the years I’ve been coming here, a bad experience if few and far between. The employees are usually very cordial with their peers and especially with customers—new or old—making the atmosphere feel that much better when you do go in. When it’s drive-thru, it’s fast. Drive in and drive out, basically. Whenever I’m out this way, I love choosing Biggby.
Just ordered 2 20oz caramel marvels and they messed up and made a 24 and to top it off both have ZERO espresso. I just paid someone $16 bucks for for caramel flavored frozen milk! Not to pleased!

This location supports stealing. I went through the drive through and gave my bigby card and debit card. Usually they would give me the pin pad to apply a tip. They did not do that this time. The total was $15.87. Nothing unusual. I did not tip since I wasn’t given the pin pad to do so. They ILLEGALLY tipped themselves $3 as $18.87 is what shows up on my bank statement. They also failed to give me a receipt. When I called they assured me they do not tip themselves. I’m being frustrated with this location.
