Food was good, as is the facilities. The staff were right on every need.
Update: The below review was from 8 months ago. We gave the restaurant another try and we had a great meal! Salmon and vegetables were cooked perfectly. Wait staff was so pleasant also. Very happy we tried them again and hope we continue to have more great dining experiences there.Old review: Restaurant has nice decor and the live music Saturday night was pleasant. Food and drinks, however, were not good. We ordered cacciatore and tortellini - and both felt like they’d been heated up WAY too many times. Our food came out immediately (less than 5 minutes) and was extremely hot - obviously microwaved too long. Both pastas were so mushy it was hard to discern what type of pasta they were. Sauce on the tortellini was good - but cacciatore was very bland. Old fashioned was barely an ounce of fluid and maybe had a splash of bourbon? Could only taste the old fashioned mix and very little bourbon flavor was evident. Perhaps if they get a real chef and a real bartender this place would be good. Pasta is pretty easy to cook up fresh - serving old, mushy pasta is certainly not acceptable for any restaurant.
It's a nice place and definitely different with all the art displayed. You can purchase these and there are new ones painted. Service was great.

The atmosphere here is supposed to be cool, but it ends up being a little too much. There was a very talented artist working in the front, but she was talking to two friends and it was awkward to interject. Food was ok.

Went as a Valentines dinner with my wife. The food was good, but service was terrible, after ordering we waited about 30 minutes before our waitress, Lisa D, told us she “may have not put in our order” then we received no further communication for 40 minutes before finally getting our food from another server. Just to clarify, the restaurant was not overly busy, and she was working a section of about 6 tables. The couple next to us, who arrived 30 minutes after us, received their food about 15 minutes before us.TL:DR Good food, Terrible service
Parking: Parking lot is too small to accommodate the max capacity of the restaurant, at about half full the parking lot is out of spots
The food is so delicious. Staff is friendly and we love the art on display. Good atmosphere. The menu does change, which is nice sometimes but at the same time my favorite dish is gone...

Our first time here, and we were blown away. Delicious food, extensive drink list, excellent service (ask for Angel,) and an artsy ambiance combined for a fantastic experience! We'll be back, for sure!
If you're in Niles, you MUST come to Create! Absolutely delicious food and an amazing environment. Highly, highly recommend!

Great experience, great food options, lots of art, we bought a 4' storm trooperThe waitress was not as attentive as I expected for this caliber of a restaurant .
Great food
There's someone cooking here that knows what they are doing. If you pick wisely on the menu, you're gonna have a great meal. My guess is that the things that are great, vary from day to day. Breaded mushrooms were great, but too salty for no real reason. Chicken Caesar dinner salad was chopped lettuce, shredded parm, and maybe 3 crumbled croutons, with better than avg dressing, about as basic as possible, BUT, the grilled chicken with it was truly outstanding. Crispy skin, tender, juicy, meat, well seasoned. Tablemates' meals were decent, definitely not bad, but nothing special. Great vibe, cool staff.
The place looks pretty good. Interesting design and art work. When it comes to food it was not as good as I expected. Steak was charred and it smell burned. Garlic mushed potatoes were cold and tasteless, with very little mushrooms. Waitress was very friendly but she forgot to bring ketchup to the table when asked.
Mash potatoes were just a blob no garlic. Rib eye was suppose to be 10 oz. Was a quarter inch thick with several pieces and not medium rare. Almost well done. Told waitress about problems and she was sympathic but did nothing. Second time going-won’t go again.
