I order a North Atlantic Cod sandwich with fries and an ice tea. They missed my fries. It's partially my fault for not checking, but how do you screw up when the bag should have 2 items in it? I guess I should be greatful I got a bun.

After being a lifelong culvers addict, I think I have had enough of the over/under cooked (depending on day and time) butter burgers, never any of the genuine seasoning that helped me fall in love with their burgers. Longer than usual wait times at this location, mediocre service, not a very great atmosphere (almost everyone sits to the side on their phones at some point) will not be on our list of lunch locations for the work crews anymore and definitely wont be bringing any family back here after this time. I am understanding and an easy to please person whom keeps our orders simple. I shouldn't feel the need to have multiple items of our meal(s) re made every other time im here (especially on a $50 order for 4 people).
Culvers, before you hit me with a generic uniform reply. Take the time to come up with something that is genuine and not an imposition to me (your customers).

Love Culvers its our friday night takeaway every week but lately when we get home we find items missing and by the time you would drive back it defeats the purpose so just make sure and check your orders before you leave!
