It's fall pumpkin season and was excited to order the pumpkin muffin based on the photos in the advertisements. But what was received was just a bland plain pumpkin muffin, it did NOT have any of the yummy sugar crumbles and drizzled cream frosting that makes it a delicious pumpkin muffin. Instead, just got a plain pumpkin muffin like pumpkin bread I could make at home. Buyer beware of False and Fraudulent Advertising, just bake your own stuff at home. Lazy employees at this Dunkin' Donuts in Niles.

This is my go to Dunkin location, my drink is always perfect and I have been to a few other locations around the area. This one is by far the best, their customer service is great, everyone is always super friendly and fast. I can’t say enough great things about this location!

Today I had a very kind experience with one of the gentlemen in the drive-thru. While waiting for my order, he asked how I was doing and probably too honestly, I said I was going to my last day of work at my current job, and I was kind of bummed. He asked why, and what work I do, and then asked what my favorite dount was - then gave me one to try and cheer me up. I was very thankful for his thoughtfulness and kindness, yes I almost cried over a donut lol. It has been a hard, stressful week and it made it just a little bit better.
I have always had stellar service here, the food has always been hot and fresh, and all of the employees have been nice and polite with me every time I visit. These are all reasons I keep coming back to this location, and will continue to come back. Thank you all for treating people with kindness.

Recently switched from Starbucks and I am never going back! By far the best drive thru service I’ve ever experienced. The employees are beyond nice and welcoming. Just this last time I got my free medium drink from downloading the app and even got a free donut for my little in the back from my cashier. They truly have the best customer service and my coffee is exactly how I like it every time! Could not recommend this location enough. These workers deserve a raise!

Product is good. Why are donuts displayed nice and neat in a box, but when you get them they are shoved in a too small bag, sticking together, most of the icing on the bag. I guess we are supposed to lick the bag to. Put them in a box. Come on.
