This is my go to Dunkin location, my drink is always perfect and I have been to a few other locations around the area. This one is by far the best, their customer service is great, everyone is always super friendly and fast. I can’t say enough great things about this location!
Today I had a very kind experience with one of the gentlemen in the drive-thru. While waiting for my order, he asked how I was doing and probably too honestly, I said I was going to my last day of work at my current job, and I was kind of bummed. He asked why, and what work I do, and then asked what my favorite dount was - then gave me one to try and cheer me up. I was very thankful for his thoughtfulness and kindness, yes I almost cried over a donut lol. It has been a hard, stressful...
Recently switched from Starbucks and I am never going back! By far the best drive thru service I’ve ever experienced. The employees are beyond nice and welcoming. Just this last time I got my free medium drink from downloading the app and even got a free donut for my little in the back from my cashier. They truly have the best customer service and my coffee is exactly how I like it every time! Could not recommend this location enough. These workers deserve a raise!
