First time going to firehouse subs. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sub. I sat at window for four windows before someone spoke to me. They passed me my food. I had a feeling to check it, immediately I could tell by looking at it there wasn’t any onions or green peppers on it. I sat in line at window for about another minute and no one came back so I went home to try it out anyways. Hopfully I will taste them!! I found out there was no onions or green peppers on my sandwich. I called to ask them if they were out of onions or peppers. The person on phone stepped away and checked. Came back to phone and said wear an onions and green peppers. I asked why wasn’t any put on my Philly cheese steak. She said I’m not sure why not but we just had a rush. I replied that it didn’t look like a rush as I was the only one in line. Im disappointed, unsatisfied and still hungry. The young girl on the phone did nothing to help me, I think she said her name is Claire.

Wow! I already love the soups & subs, but today I had the garden salad too. It’s an absolute work of art surpassed only by the freshness and flavor! Just WOW!

First time here. Had a good experience overall. I don't necessarily rate any of the chains higher than a three overall, but it will rate items individually higher. The food was really good. I especially like the mayo they use. The service was a little challenge because of some items going on in the back room but it was successful. I like the layout and the atmosphere. It was nude for me so I enjoyed it. Overall, I think I'm going to continue to frequent this organization and this location for the quality of their subs. Although I don't care much for the prices, $14 for a large subs seems a little excessive to me, but that's the time we seem to be living in

Staff was absolutely amazing. since it’s Christmas Eve we were worried about long lines but they were getting people out quickly! We had a pretty large order (complicated at that) and they kept calm, had a smile, served our order to us in less than 5 minutes. No mistakes either. Keep it

My favorite is the hook and ladder, it's so very tasty, no way I can eat a large in one sitting, you won't leave hungry or dissatisfied. I think you will love it as I do!!
