I have never went here and had bad service, and that says a lot about this place because they are always are busy and they always seem to find that home town hospitality "you take your time" I don't hear that many places anymore. Oh, and food is yummy ♡Wheelchair accessibility: Probably pretty hard to navigate a wheelchair since they are busy, however im sure they would do what they could to help.

Traditional American diner with traditional American breakfasts. Had a party of six, but they were very accommodating in combining tables to fit us in on a busy morning, and the waitress was friendly and always ready to top up the coffee cup. Plus affordable. Very nice experience!

We eat there a minimum of once a week (Friday night). It looks like a greasy spoon restaurant on Seinfeld, but there is a single cook who turns out amazing home cooking. In five years, I have never had a salad that wasn't crispy. The service is exceptional. The prices are very reasonable. It's not a fancy place, but it is a very good place. The hours are the only problem; since Covid, it is breakfast to late lunch, closing every day but Friday at 3. We go on Friday when it open to 8 pmVegetarian options: If you identify a need for vegetarian food, they will assist, but it's not their thing. My wife and I do not eat beef or pork, and they know that we'll, but when we order an egg and hash brown breakfast, we are ALWAYS asked if we want bacon or sausage.Parking: Home Plate is in a strip mall with a large grocery store next door, so in 5 years we have never been more than 50 feet from the doorKid-friendliness: You are asking the wrong person. We have kids, grandkids, and great grandkids but I am not very tolerant of screaming brats in a restaurant. Fortunately, they don't have many kids on our Friday nights; Sunday breakfast is another story.
