Visited on a Thursday evening and went inside to order. There was no line and my kiddos needed help figuring out what to pick because they were unfamiliar with the order. The young staff members weren't SUPER friendly but they were very patient with us and kept reassuring me it's okay to take my time to order.

Super fast, great sandwich lunch
Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian, but I love their veggie sandwich. It has double cheese and avocado spread. Delicious!
Kid-friendliness: They have 2 special options, 'slims' (no veggies, just meat and cheese) and 'little johns' which is a smaller version of their classic sandwiches, at a reduced price.
