My husband stopped there tonight to get our grandkids some original chicken and this what a employee had the audacity to serve out the drive thru ! Didn’t realize until he came home and opened it up ! Just sad and ridiculous to think it was ok to sell that to a customer ! Now I understand why people don’t like eating at the fast food restaurants in Niles area - first Taco Bell now KFC ! Sleeping while preparing food starting to become a trend in that area I see !! sad but...read full review
it's sad that the staff at this store cant never get an order right. definitely may want to seek higher educated people to work for this place
