Came to the drive through and the lady said “our orders are coming in right now.” I had no idea she meant it was dine-in only by the stupidly worded sentence she gave me, so I asked what she meant and she proceeded to speak to me with an irate tone of voice telling me she wasn’t going to take my order in the drive through and I had to come in to order. It would’ve been simple just to say “our drive through isn’t open today sir”, but instead she had to speak disrespectfully, so I ended up going to subway across the street and they had a much better attitude. That lady in the drive through with the white trash attitude that works here needs to be fired. Absolutely trash customer service. It’s no wonder I never see anybody at this KFC when I drive through Niles.

Truly the most screwed up KFC in the USA.
Look I'm real easy tell me you don't have a wing sure I don't care tell me wait 16 minutes for biscuits really ok still smiling jamming to the oldies now when I got home I had 1 biscuit instead of the 4 I ordered another trip just to have Anthony mocking me like it's a joke I had to wait for biscuits and didn't even get them and make up a story that you put them all Ina box when 2 was separate order no bs dude now it's funny I had to wait and come back now all my stuff is cold except them barely warm biscuits I knew I was getting fresh out the oven not Anthony is the rudest person I've ever come across yell from behind the wall and say it's me yelling no no no gaslighting me youngin and your coworker I feel so bad for her having to deal with Anthony and the crap he spews at the customers it's a very crappy place to go now there's Anthony making it even worse. We can deal with messed up orders and maybe running outta food on occasion but the finger behind the ear you hear like I can't hear you say it's all funny I had to come back and listen to you lie Anthony that's the rudest thing I've ever seen anyone do to a customer finger behind the ear smh

This place is a total joke....placed an order on the KFC app. Went 2 hrs later to pick up my scheduled order. And was told oh well we don't have an order for you.....but the $$ sure was taken from my account. Asked for a refund....oh we can't give refunds on online orders. Total joke....never going back again !!

My self and my brother came in and placed 2 separate orders on the kiosks for dine in. When our food was ready, we were told they placed both orders on trays together. When I asked why, they said well you came in together so we just assumed we could. I said no, just because we came in together doesn't mean we want our food together when we placed orders separately. The manager walked away mumbling and said it's not that big of a deal, just give them extra trays. I said it is a big deal, we're your customers. Then Dee came up to us and said sorry lobby closes at 9:30 when I called prior and was told it closed at 10. Dee then began to spray cleaning solution all over the floor while we were still eating. She started to spray by my 2 year old nieces feet. My sister in law said could you wait until we leave and not spray by my child. Dee then got loud and shouted at us, then a manager said we needed to leave or they would call the cops. I've never felt so disrespected as a customer. All because we asked for our food to be separated. This KFC definitely needs retraining in customer service and public ethics.
Kid-friendliness: There was only 1 high chair and there was no changing table in the bathrooms. It's 2024 and the resturant is newly remodeled. No reason for it to not have changing tables.

If I wanted perfection, I'd be more harsh. But I wanted it like "it used to be" when I had family. And, it was my first meal of the day. Awesome!

Went through the drive through and was literally told I couldn't choose my meal sides, like at all... I have never been to a single KFC establishment where I can't choose my sides.
Parked and went inside to discuss the interaction and they were already calling the cops on a woman in front of me who was receipt in hand asking for a refund for her food that she had been waiting for 15 minutes to receive.

This place CONSISTENTLY lets you down. Had a mobile order, went to the store and waited and waited and waited. One guy stopped and asked my name as I had already been sitting there for 15 minutes. He told me they were waiting on one item. Another 15 minutes goes by…nothing. At this point I’m super thirsty because the temperature in the restaurant is super hot. So I go to the kiosk and place an order for a large drink. I had to wait another 10-15 minutes to get a cup to serve myself a drink at the fountain. While continuing to wait…I watch two other people come in the door by the drive through and ask what is going on with their food. So, the one guy that asked me name well over 30 minutes earlier breaks down and tells me that my food has been sitting on their counter for 25 minutes sealed in a bag…when he asks the other guy if he had called my name he says “yeah, I called it out.” Mind you, I’ve been sitting at the table looking directly at the counter for almost 50 minutes…I call BS. That was one experience a couple of weeks ago. I then tried going through the drive thru yesterday…I order a nugget combo and a chicken sandwich…”we don’t have any sandwiches”. Ok, fine. I try to order more nuggets. “I only have 12”. Mind you, it’s 1pm and you tell me that all you have available is 12 nuggets and if I want anything else it’ll take at least 20 minutes. I cancelled my order and went to Arby’s. Had my food in no time at all. The impression I get from the employees at KFC is that they just don’t want to work. So they tell everyone that you’ll have to wait a crazy amount of time in order to get your food, and when you do get it…it’s sub par. I will never darken the door of this KFC ever again!

they think they’re culver’s being productive by automatically pulling people forwards and letting them sit 20 minutes for an 8 piece tender. makes zero sense, the productivity on their screens may look good but this is such poor management.

Lady on the speaker was rude as all get out, they told us to park anywhere and then didn't bring us the food. I went in and they were all standing there doing nothing and I told her I am waiting on an order and she looked dumbfounded... The food is what you have come to expect so the service is what is rated here, what a crap KFC!!!! LOL, worst I've been to.

KFC in Niles, Michigan the food was bad, but the female manager was worse. Wow never going back. I hope you get a better manager.

I went through the drive, ordered 6 pics 4 sides, and 4 biscuits for $ 21.20, I went around and paid I was instructed to pull forward which was at 2:53 pm at 3:09 pm I’m still sitting there I went inside the girl took my order and money had a look of surprise said I'm sorry I’ll get it now. I’m not even sure why I had to pull up because they weren’t busy inside or out.
Another problem one of the sides looks like it was swept off the floor. I almost demanded a refund.
