I got the 8 pieces for $10Got the chicken it looked & tasted like it was cooked early this morning. In the bucket was 4 little legs, & 4 thighs witch like EARLY this morning. I love me some KFC but not like that. I won't be returning ever. I'm gonna tell my crew. That KFC is not.the first time.

At the drive-up window I ordered a 2 PC dinner with no ice for my pop. They gave me ice, when I corrected the assistant, he carelessly gave me my change which fell on the ground. While retrieving my change, he set my food on the window and left. My chicken was dry and overcooked, but since I like my chicken well done I tried to eat it anyway but it smelled like it was undercooked!! I thought the Niles Popeyes had nasty chicken...

If I could give this restaurant, no stars I would. This location is the most disgusting nasty unprofessional restaurant that I ever encountered. I asked for a 12 piece they gave me 12 thighs, no breast, no legs no wings and the chicken was old the macaroni cheese smell spoiled The only thing was good was the biscuits that was it. If didn’t have to drive all the way from South Bend back to Niles to get my money back I would’ve have. I’m hoping someone from corporate see this review so they can contact me personally about this experience because I can’t believe for me coming from South Bend going to Niles and have to endure this type of Niles and have to endure this type of situation through a drive-through unable to check my food thoroughly before leaving and driving all the way back wasting my gas I’m very irate about this.

I can understand why KFC in Niles has no customers. As they say 3 strikes and you loss. When you order chicken and pay they change your order and say sorry we are only doing one kind of chicken today. If you are unhappy with your job find another one ... Very RUDE staff. You have lost a loyal customer for our last 3 visits were bad along with the food and you earned this bad rview.

I bought a 8 piece meal and some brownies, I asked that the pieces be mixed crispy and regular I received 4 dry fried some back part of the chicken and 4 pieces that may have been some drumsticks the meat was so bad I could not eat hot have to the dogs. I was really looking forward to a good meal. Will not go there again.Vegetarian options: Coleslaw and mashed potatoes good

Went through the drive thru got down the street had to do a u-turn no apology or anything just gave me another box of chicken . The worst customer service and food , just throw the who franchise away starting with this one first then head to Benton Harbor, Mi.
