Food was given away to someone else and had to wait to get remade.

02/10/2025 DON'T ORDER FROM THE NILES, MI LITTLE CEASERS! There is an assistance manager/manager (couldn't remember what they said his title was) I believe they said his name was Roy, that was way to comfortable walking around the back of the restaurant with his HANDS down his sweatpants on his private area, then proceeded to prepare pizzas, touching dough without washing his hands. When I said something to another manager (James) he acted like I was wrong for saying something & I was over reacting about the situation 🤬 Also, take a good look around, that place is disgusting! The doors & inside of the warmers that your food is stored in are nasty. Like they haven't been cleaned in months! The entire restaurant looks like trash. They have a bunch of reckless kids running the place along side of a few adults that could clearly give a crap less about the safety of the customers 😔

Pizza was fresh BUT the customer service needs to be worked on. Didn’t tell husband it was a 20 minute wait. The guy making the pizzas had one hand on his phone the WHOLE time and the other hand cutting the pizzas. Was even on his phone while he was taking an order. Then they started hiding behind the wall texting. Very rude.

Went in to grab a quick pizza but was completely ignored. They were not busy. I waited a good while and I ended up just leaving. I know you guys feel like you shouldn't have to work at a job you decided to take, but come on... that is just rude. This happened January 2nd 2025 at 1:30pm.

Could have better employees they seem sorta rude to customers like the customers are always in there way and or bothering them... it's there job to serve people food...
My boyfriend & I have been ordering the triple meat pizza lately. You get a LARGE pizza with LOTS OF CHEESE!, sausage, pepperoni & bacon for just $12. They are DELICIOUS!!! ? And they are NOT SKIMPY. AT ALL! No other pizza place in town can TOUCH that quality for that price! The service is always courteous, quick & professional. The crazy bread is pretty good too. You cannot find a better deal ANYWHERE than the triple meat pizza at Little Caesars. I am so glad we discovered it. We order it about once a week now. 5 stars! ????
