Always good and ready when I go and the people there are pretty cool. I love how you can order a pizza on the app as well and you just walk in and type in a code and the door to the oven opens for you. But the store has been cool. They have always been nice to me

I ordered a pizza from here for lunch and it wasn't great. Tasted terrible and looked like it had been sitting in the heating cabinet for way to long. I drove around back to eat my lunch and the entire staff stepped outside to smoke pot. I wouldn't be surprised if the entire place was one big health code violation. I definitely wouldn't recommend eating here. I couldn't even eat what I ordered. I ended up driving off and going to mcdonalds.

Everything we got was nasty.. the bread sticks were under cooked and no garlic butter or Parmesan was on it.. the pizza was over cooked and hard and air bubbles that made it thin.. i was once a day manager when they first came out long ago at the very first one in niles.. and this that they now have in niles is no where in comparison to the one i worked at.. the KIDS that work at this one dont care about anything. They are disgusting with there hygiene and there attitudes and they cut corners on food and especially not cleaning properly. The pizza taste like old dough. It was a waste of money and i will not be going back to that store.. hire better people that can appreciate there job and the customers.. because if it wasnt for the customers those kids wouldn't get a pay check.

Loved going here, got pizza twice in the past few weeks, the wait was never more than 10 minutes, the employees were very polite and efficient, never felt so welcomed before, and the pizza was great, highly recommend it if you stop here.

Only On My Planet
This was the most disgusting food we’ve ever eaten. We literally threw the entire order out after delivery. Why?
1- We ordered 1 stuffed pretzel crust with red sauce & cheese, 1 stuffed pretzel crust with red sauce & pepperoni, 1 4 pack of pizza bites - cheese only, 1 4 pack of pizza bites with pepperoni and 1 brownie cookie dough dessert. Our order came to $58 which also included a service fee and delivery fee for delivery within 2 miles of the store.
2- Both Pizzas were not what we ordered. We received pretzel crust only, not stuffed with cheese as ordered. Both pizzas had yellow cheese sauce, not red sauce as ordered. Both pizzas had pepperoni, not 1 with plain cheese and 1 with pepperoni as ordered. The pizza bites were unidentifiable as they looked like mangled dough balls and were heavily over seasoned. The delivery driver did say the bites had to be remade and the 2nd batch stuck to the pan which is why the bites were mangled. The dessert was pre packaged and tasted awful.
3- We called the store our order came from. The woman who answered sounded distant as she spoke the greeting. We didn’t understand her so we asked, “Is this Little Caesars in Nile’s?” Her response was “That’s what I said.” We then said “We can’t hear you so that’s why we asked.” She then asked what we wanted. She sounded indifferent and irritated. We explained we felt we got someone else’s order and explained why. She confirmed she did know the order was made wrong but sent it anyway. She then offered to make our order again, we declined. She hung up. Very poor phone customer service. We definately didn’t get the vibe we were a valued customer nor did she sound interested in talking to us.
4- My husband ate half a slice and threw his entire pizza in the trash. I personally cannot have pepperoni or the juice from it as I’m severely allergic to pork. So I couldn’t eat my pizza either. As for the bites, the seasoning was so heavy and dense it was like eating balls of salt. Both of those orders went into the trash. That left the dessert. By then we were so irritated after trying one piece we threw that out too.
Never again! We would rather eat Jacks frozen pizza from Walmart for 3 for $10 than ever eat anything from Little Caesars.
Food was fantastic but the customer service from the gentlemen working was definitely little to be desired. The first one didn't make sure we had everything and just kinda walked away. The other noticed me and helped but neither said hi, bye, thank you, nothing. Even after I was very gracious. Good thing the pizza was actually really good while the bread sticks were extremely flat and not much flavor

Unprofessional appearance. Dirty clothes, uniform not worn correctly. One member with hat on sideways and earphones in, another member had dirty uniform.
Food was given away to someone else and had to wait to get remade.
