Here's one way you can improve. PUT MEAT ON THE BIG MAC I ORDERED!!! ALSO DON'T BE RUDE ON THE PHONE AND IMPLY I AM LYING.
Against my better judgment I Spent almost $60 for my food and Uber eats only for McDonald’s to give them The complete wrong order. My receipt taped to the bag but not my order. I’ve tried numerous times to call and they never answered the phone. Something needs done about this place and the absolute LAZINESS of their employees!

I order my food , at the kiosk, and the printer was out of paper. No receipt. I order $ 33.00 worth of food 🥘. Waited there for 1hr 20 min. Guess what 😮 👎 nooo food , and the employees. Where all confused. Lost. We were like 10 people waiting in there. For food. And I ask . Where is my food. Ooo were working on it. Almost ready . Mmm i was like i want a refund. I walk out with no food … hired a new management. Or a new leader or hired more people. Or do a change....read full review
