I don't understand that point of using the app to oder pickup, when the lat 4 times I've done, I ended up waiting at the 3rd window for longer than the length of time it takes to make the food that was ordered 15 minutes before hand.

I don't know how they could possibly get every single item wrong. Plain food had toppings on it, mcflurry wasn't even mixed, just had Oreos on top, ice cream cone forgotten, somehow messed up a Carmel sundae, and the young lady with the huge pink braids at check out was rude. No point in asking them to fix anything, I know they wouldn't. Waste of time .When people are begging for jobs, how do people who obviously don't care still have jobs
