Sat in stand still drive thru for over 10 minutes.. when I asked the lady working why it took forever, the managers sent a bunch of people home early and now they’re short staffed.. this McDonald’s needs some help with management.

Employees could care less about the customer. They get rude and smart mouth if you ask them to add sugar to your coffee because you forgot and give you an attitude when you ask for sugar because they still didn't add it to your coffee. Fries were unsalted and cold! I will not be back here...

I ordered a cheeseburger with extra onions and pickles. They forgot the cheese and added 1 extra pickle.
Compared to the Indiana and IL stores this food was amazing. Better than anything I got in any other McDonald's. Wasn't greasy or cold.

Just took my grandson for a little dinner out. The fish sandwich was dry, & overcooked to the point of being crunchy inside the coating. I tried to eat it and thought "why am I eating bad food ?" So I took it up & showed it to the guy who waited on me, asking for a fresher one. He said he couldn't because it was partly eaten. I explained again that I'd tried, but shouldn't have to finish it. He again refused. =UGH= POOR reputation can be avoided by just doing right by your customers. Lots of other fast food in Niles.

I went for pumpkin pies, they didn't have any pies of any kind. Ordered a #4 basic sausage egg biscuit. Received something else that had cheese smeared all over the wrapper. I can't believe I ever go back there.
