Oldest place in Michigan. Guy Fieri out here from drive in diners and dives. Hot Ham Sandwhich is enormous. Personally I would like the ham grilled longer be none the less. Meat is fresh, juicy and full of flavor. Goulash is good also. Place is always busy. Love love love

I dropped by the Old Tavern Inn because I was interested in its claim of being Michigan’s oldest business. That is a cool feature, and there’s a nice booklet hanging near the bar that details the history, but the food and service were excellent too. The bartender was friendly and it seemed like a welcoming place. The food had big portions for decent prices, and the hot ham sandwich was way bigger than I expected. Both it and the cup of chili tasted great. If you’re in the area I’d definitely recommend giving the Old Tavern Inn a chance.

We were visiting from Indiana Thursday evening on a motorcycle trip so decided to stop in for a snack was very impressed with the food and service will definitely be a go to bed on future trips. Plan on coming back Sunday and see if we have another great experience.

Great place for food and drink. Nothing fancy but good foodcand drinks at cheap prices for todays standards. The only thing that kept it from a 5 was only one cook and one person bartender and taking/ delivering the orders. They did a good job considering, but you need to be a bit patient, worth the wait. The owner needs to get them some help.

Was nice enough. Was part of a larger group and I think the server was a little overwhelmed but was still nice and did what she could. Will definitely eat here again
