We went there when they're just about to close down and the guy still had a smile on his face we talked to him for a few minutes got our food and left and not one time did he seem rude or aggravated at all he was very polite and very nice and that the food was very good. And it's also good for all ages no matter if you're having a birthday party or just want to hang out and watch the game and eat pizza definitely something to get

Our second time ordering papajohns in Niles. We are at Stateline so in the middle of two locations. I didn’t realize when you order delivery thru the location that they use door dash. The dasher gave part of our order away to another customer and did go back to make it right. I’m not sure if the manager would have made it right by their attitude. I repeatedly said we ordered from papa John’s not door dash. Once we received the remade food it was awful. The bread was so hard and dry. Definitely not Garlic Parmesan. We ordered cheese sauce with the bread and they didn’t send it. The first part of the order wasn’t the best either. There was barely enough sauce to coat the wings after shaking.

The pizza and garlic knots were spot on. The only downside was I found a hair in a slice of pizza…

I don’t know what’s up with your people there tonight but no, it wasn’t good. Pizza was soggy and not cooked fully very disappointing when we drove 25 mins to get it 🤦🏽‍♀️ definitely wasn’t worth what we paid for it.

Pizza is hit or miss, normally taste decent but presentation and honoring what ppl pay for is the issue. Don’t pay for extra cheese or any toppings for that matter. I normally just order extra cheese so that there is actually enough cheese on the pizza to eat it and we order light sauce because we like the toppings and cheese more. I’ve paid for extra cheese multiple times (just to get regular cheese) and this time it wasn't even a regular amount of cheese, just unacceptable. Pizza had bald spots all over it so no cheese in those spots and barely any cheese in the spots that had cheese on them. Most of the toppings on the pizza were in the center of the pizza instead of worked inward or outward while laying toppings(not the first or the last I’m sure) . It don’t take someone with special talents to make sure the customers get what they pay extra for. Papa John’s has great pizza but throwing it together like trash will definitely change the taste and quality.
Also don’t ask for square cut or well done because 9x out of 10 they won’t listen.

I was forced to place my order through a call center. For one large cheese pizza and a medium sausage pizza and delivery within 2 miles of the store. It would have been $66.00. Knowing that there was something wrong with that quote I called the local Papa John’s and spoke to the manager. I mentioned that I had ordered a large cheese and a medium sausage for delivery and they quoted me $66. Something was terribly wrong with the call center because it should have only been $27 knowing how much these pizzas cost. His response to me was if $66 is too much for you call someone else. So I told him I would call Pizza Hut. Well I called Pizza Hut and placed the same order. Pizza Hut charge $24.00 for the same order. Buyer beware, and do your due diligence by calling the other local pizza establishments before getting robbed and insulted by the manager, so he said he was the manager at Papa John’s. I can hardly believe a manager would act so unprofessional and rude.

The crust is thin and tasteless, the sausage is kibble, the sauce is too sweet and the cheese is too sparse. Papa John’s has gone downhill from a restaurant quality pizza to a fast food joint; I won’t be ordering here again.

My wife somehow got thin crust. In my opinion thin crust is like finding a hooker that only wants to cuddle. Since when is this crust a southwest Michigan thing? Medium crust or none at all!

Canceled my order then had me redo it but took both payments and refuse to refund the money. Stay away unless you want stolen from. Had to contact my bank to get my money back just sad.
