My pizza and food is always made to my order and liking they even double check when I come to pick it up that's it's the pizza I wanted service food and speedyness is all a 5 recommend this over local pizza places

Niles Pizza Hut- What a bummer. It didn't even "feel" like I was in a Pizza Hut restaurant. Just altogether a bazaar vibe and not welcoming at all. I realize restaurant efficiency has had to make changes everywhere. However, a full day after eating there and I'm still thinking about it, deserves a mention. You order at the counter before you sit down, grab your paper plates & napkins, etc. as nothing is on the tables. You'll get paper cups (p.s. no refills.) When you go to throw your stuff away (since there are no waitresses) you have to manually open a GIANT trash can lid. Grody. With that said, the salad and cheese sticks were fresh and tasted like pizza hut. However, they didn't have ranch.(What?!) And the breadstick sauce was NOT breadstick sauce! It tasted funny and it was cold. :(

It's pizza hut, you know what pizza hut taste like. We had no problems with our pizza, it tasted exactly how pizza hut should.

The location has gone downhill especially after COVID. We ate in the dining room. The restrooms especially the men's room were not clean at all. Both restrooms had sticky floors and the men's room stunk and had a huge leak in the ceiling that was going all over the floor in the handicap stall. The women's restroom was slightly cleaner and smelled better but again, the floors were sticky and you can tell it needed a good sweep and mop.
