This place is absolutely enjoyable for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This place has always been a great place to go at any time and know that you will enjoy the meal and the atmosphere. People there are pretty much family or friends of family and a lot have been going to the plaza for years. Everyone seems to know everyone and if you're new , you are just as welcomed. The waitresses have always worked their hardest at providing the best services possible. The food usually is pretty fast at being served. We never had to wait really long before receiving our food and it was always so delicious. I definitely recommend anyone and everyone to try the plaza and see what you think I can GUARANTEE you feel the same as I.

This isnt plazas fault but the entire strip mall needs work. They should either move or put pressure on the property owners to update the entire complez. Its making niles look ghetto

Ham triple decker sandwich hit the spot, so good. Staff was super friendly. I loved the fact that we were offered to go cups for our pop.
Kid-friendliness: My son and I were the youngest there and I'm almost 50, but he enjoyed himself.

The staff are nice and the place is cozy. I got the two eggs with hash browns and a chopped steak 8oz. The hash browns weren't crispy in the slightest and tasted very salted. The worst offender and the main reason for my review was the chopped steak. It was a frozen Angus burger patty with a texture that screamed boiled and had zero seasoning. I took one bite and didn't continue because it was nasty.

We were there on Friday for fish. We waited and waited to get seated. When we finally did get seated the waitress was wonderful but our orders came out wrong. My great grandkids sodas were all carbonation. The baked potatoes were overcooked and dry. And cold. The corn was so cold it wouldn't even melt warm butter. The only thing that was excellent was the fish... I won't make another trip to Niles to eat there.
